I visited Irish Bob's two weeks ago for the first time. Mom and I took a two hour trip north from Coshocton County to attend the Halfway to St Patrick's Day celebration. The food and entertainment were both excellent! I regret not making it to your Pub sooner. I lived in Boardman for eight years but never went. At least now I know that there's at least one good Irish restaurant/pub in Mahoning County, for the next time I'm back in the area!
Definitely needs a good cleaning and a kitchen that's operational. Who wants to buy a few drinks and not be able to buy food? I should be able to buy the best Reuben on this side of the south side.
There's a bald greekman that frequents this bar....I'm sure his name is Steve, the service is great and the prices are good however this Steve character was staring through my soul in a way that made me feel..........awkward. He also smells like feta cheese and I'm POSITIVE when he leaves and makes it home he plays videos on "how to make friends" Haha Haha...........keep studying Steve you'll get it one day!!!!!
