Lena, Brandon, and the general Manager Kevin are rude and have no customer service manners at all. Went through the drive through never was acknowledged at all. Then went inside to let them know what happened and the staff was ignorant and argumentative. Cussing at customers and calling them names. Then when Brandon finally took my order I asked two questions and he told me to "fing go somewhere else that I wasn't eating there he didn't care" he also called me a name all while the GM was just letting them act this way. Upon asking the general manager for the higher ups number he told me he was the highest manager for their store that he didn't have a boss above him.

Absolutely the worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure of going too. I waited at the drive through speaker for nearly 20 minutes, then pulled up to the window, where a woman working there saw me, and walked away. I then had to wait another 10 minutes, and had to call TWICE before someone picked up, and all they said “oh ok one second.” Then when I finally ordered, they tried to tell me that it would be ANOTHER TWENTY MINUTE WAIT. Nobody there actually cares about their jobs, and at this point I’m pretty sure they’re actively trying to get fired, and are even failing at that!

I used the KFC app to purchase my food The app said my food was ready I go there to pick it up they tell me my order was canceled but the app says it's ready. The nice young lady showed me their screen stating it was canceled.And guess what they charged me for that canceled order had to call credit card company to dispute and get my money back. Their customer service is non-existent will never use their useless thievery app ever again. Be forewarned this just might happen to you.

I ordered through DoorDash & was calling this establishment for 30 minutes to make a minor change to my order. The dasher did not attempt to rectify my issue nor did KFC. The crew member who answered the phone has poor customer service skills

I ordered online, firstly the got my order wrong, secondly the app told me my food was ready but when I got to the store I had to wait 45 minutes for my food, but the worse part of all is they told me they are only responsible for half of my refund

review is being left based off of today’s experience. Otherwise, I usually don’t have any issues with this place. Around 2:30 PM, I had a deal with a cashier with a bad attitude. Lady, drop the attitude or don’t work there. This just happened today.

Cannot go past 9pm and get someone to answer speaker. They're all playing around in the lobby or back and don't answer the speaker..if the do which is occasional u wait 30 to 40 min in a fast food line with them pulling everyone forward. Sorry this is the shittiest chicken spot on belmont. Plenty other places I recommend any other one than this one

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Open till 10:30 ? Someone had better let the crew know. My family and I pulled into the drive thru at 8:30, only to be told that the store was closed for a 25 minute break! Really the whole store closes? And KFC management approves of this? Apparently this franchisee owner doesn’t like money, your workers don’t give 2 F’s, and these are only a couple of reasons why your store has bad reviews. Won’t be coming back!!

I ordered online and picked up dinner. I had the 4 piece chicken tender meal It was only possible to eat one of those chicken tenders.... They were so tough and horrible.I could not even cut them I have tried to call the store three times rings then goes to a fast busy No management

Went in on 8/6 asked for 2 of the 4 wings and a biscuits order. The manager comes out the back and in a very unprofessional manner tells me I can't order just wings because that's all everyone has been ordering and it's messing with their chicken rotation. I've been going there for over 2yrs and always get the same thing, I asked why was it a meal on the board if it can't be ordered and she again unprofessional says "because it is messing up our chicken rotation." I was rudely screamed at for placing an order that is an actual menu item. She was definitely a Karen and I was her target yesterday..
