I had ordered the 6 pc family meal which comes with 4 sides. I only got 4 pieces of chicken, my biscuits and none of my sides. I got in contact to get a partial refund for the inconvenience. However, when I walked in to get my food the place looked filthy and almost made me not even want to get my food. The staff weren’t friendly at all and didn’t seem like they care about their appearance to customers. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Just went for dinner and wanted to order a bucket of chicken and they didn't have any chicken!! So my rating goes to a 1 because a 0 is not an option. How are you a chicken place and not have chicken at dinner time??!!

Got 3 meals and the mash potato bowl. Which only had 6 little hard pieces of chicken in it. And the mash potatoes were runny. Pretty disappointed this trip.
The coleslaw was good and the biscuits were good.

Their serving sizes as well as food quality has gone downhill horribly over the last couple years and to make up for it they got the brilliant idea to hire on an absolute horrible crew of workers that don't know how to interact with the public.... 10 out of 10. I would recommend going anywhere else even other KFCs. This one's just horrid

Went to pick up a mobile order inside because you’re not allowed to pick up mobile orders at the window. I waited for somebody to acknowledge my existence and hand me my food because, despite having a mobile order pickup warmer on their front counter, they do not use it and you must wait for somebody to finish dealing with whoever’s in front of you.

They hand me my food, which has my name and order on the sticker on the bag, and I leave. On my drive home, I looked to make sure they got the side that I ordered and realized then that none of the food in the bag was actually what I ordered at all. So I drove back, and ironically enough the guy whose food they gave me showed up at the exact same time, just ahead of me. As they’re telling him that somebody picked up his order already, I but in and say that I think I’ve got his order. They let both of us know that they’re making our orders fresh now. Odd that mine wasn’t ready considering the extra 10 minutes, but whatever.

I sit and wait for about 2 minutes with my new friend, also waiting for his order. Somebody calls out to me from behind the counter to inform me that they’re out of the extra crispy chicken I ordered, and that all they have is original recipe. I asked them if they meant they’re out of it at this moment because they need to make more or they’re out of it for the night - considering they were open for another hour and a half this seemed odd. They tell me that their cook is gone for the night, which sounds really strange because again, they’re open for another hour and a half.

My gut feeling is that they simply do not want to deal with me, despite me being super normal and relaxed about the whole thing to this point. They asked if original recipe was going to be ok, and I asked if I had a choice, and they said no. I wasn’t about to throw a fit over some KFC so I accepted their offer of not the food I ordered after having to leave and come back because they gave me somebody else’s food.

This KFC pretty consistently sucks, whether it’s soaking a sandwich in sauce to the point that it’s sopping wet, giving you food that’s been sitting out, or forgetting part of your order. I’m not expecting anything incredible, and I don’t fault the staff entirely - though they really aren’t the least bit friendly in general and they’re not apologetic when they make mistakes. If it’s that bad all the time then it probably comes down to management or corporate policies, but either way I’m not going back there. Popeyes is right across the street. There are local chicken restaurants that are more expensive and less convenient, but I’ll gladly go out of my way after tonight.

Also there were no napkins in the bag. Maybe work on that.
