Have been here quite some time and great service!!! A lady there named Shannon is very good manager. She made sure me and other customers were taking good care of by making sure our order was correct, and making sure everyone was doing their job correctly. There was also a very nice lady there too named Maryanne who is the boss there. The place was very clean as well. I will be coming back here soon again.
Alright- working in the service industry for 1/4 of my 41 year life; I know that if it is fast food related, a preemptive order drop is necessary to adhere to supply and demand…. Waiting for an 8 piece family meal should not take 20 minutes. I do appreciate the fact that we were provided drinks for our wait, but when I suggested if there were any alternatives for our order, such as different chicken types or chicken strips since we already ordered; it was brushed off.
