I have had a few disappointing experiences with this restaurant. On three separate occasions, I made the effort to visit based on the information provided online, which stated that they open at 12. However, upon arrival, I found the restaurant closed each time, and I was informed that they only open at 4pm. This inconsistency was frustrating and inconvenient.Today, I arrived at 5:20 pm, hoping to finally enjoy a meal there. However, I was told that reservations were required, and I learned that their lunch service only operates from 12 pm to 1 pm. Unfortunately, this important information was not clearly communicated on their website or through phone calls. Speaking of phone calls, it was also difficult to get in touch with them as they rarely answered. Furthermore, there seemed to be a language barrier, making communication challenging and adding to the overall frustration. As a customer, I believe it's essential for restaurants to provide accurate and consistent information to avoid disappointing experiences. Additionally, the difficulty in communication due to the language barrier only added to the frustration and left me feeling unwelcome. It appeared that the restaurant primarily catered to Korean customers, and as someone who is not familiar with the culture or language, it made the whole experience even more challenging.Considering my experiences, I would not recommend this restaurant. While I understand that circumstances can change, a more reliable and inclusive approach to customer service, along with improved communication, would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

Terrible experience both times. Owners need to learn the area/culture and adjust their ridgity, menu, and prices to reflect the overall quality.Parking: Parking lot is filled with pot holes and is not flat, nor paved, and drivers can barely see the parking spots.

Visited this restaurant for lunch on a week day....asked If I could check out the buffet before I ordered.....I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES! The buffet consisted of 2 types of Kimchee.....rice of course and 2 types of meat.....one that I could not identify the other was small scraps of fried fish! Perhaps the made to order food is better; but judging from the buffet I would trust that it is. SAD, Korean food is not that difficult to prepare....

Just have a question… When are you guys open? Food looks great really want to try it out. But I have called 6 times during your reported hours and no answers. Then went to the restaurant and no one was there and it was closed on 3 occasions. I just want to enjoy the food.
Service is super friendly, even if a little on the slow side. Food is INCREDIBLE!!!! Best Korean food I've ever had! And some of the best food I've had PERIOD!

Perhaps the best meal of my life. Well, not including my mom's cooking. Staff was very welcoming, the place is very unassuming. I was shown the buffet, so I chose that. There were around 18 items in total. I am a huge fan of Korean food, so I may be a bit biased. Their utensils for moving food to your plates are very charming. The buffet was spotlessly maintained. The food exceeded my expectations. I felt that the price of $15 was a good value. I was surprised to find a type of tea that I had never heard of ... Cinnamon! You really should try this tea. Maybe not, if you are diabetic, since it is sweetened before being put into the buffet. It was exotic, sweet, so good! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

While waiting 10 minutes for someone to greet us after we walked in, I wandered down the buffet line to see what they had and realized non of the hot items were being kept warm. I can forgive the short staff and poor service, but food safety is clear view makes me nervous. We left without eating, and severely disappointed as I was looking forward to bibimbap and bulgogi.
