The vibes are phenomenal. The teas hit every time. However if your a nutrition girly... you got to try the protein parfaits. I have tried their banana bread and now their banana cream pie. Both slap like boot leg jeans and glitter body spray did in the 90s. Highly recommend.

The staff is incredibly helpful, Dana and Carmen are so easy to talk to and are willing to help with any and all fitness and health questions. If you are wanting to make an improvement to your health and lifestyle look no further. They also have a free pilates class every Sunday at 9 am, and my butt has never looked better.

Best flavor shakes & teas by far! Some places I’ve gone too have weak flavors. This place is so welcoming to me and my son & they treat us like family. I also want to say this club is so vibey but also so clean! 10/10 recommend them. If you’ve been to other clubs or have ever had a “eh” experience elsewhere I would definitely give Liberty Nutrition a try.
