I have trouble with my English and accidentally ordered the wrong pizzas, they were all spicy and me and my kids could not eat them. I told my husband to call and he did and the manager on shift was so kind even tho this was not their mistake and it was my mistake for not understand what I ordered the manager on shift was very understanding and came to pick up the pizza and drop off my same order but without all the spice, it was my first experience with this pizzeria and I’m 100% pleased and grateful with there service. Thanks to them my kids got to enjoy their delicious pizza and I will definitely be coming back for more, Thank you Marcos Pizza for your great pizza and for hiring such a kind manager!!!

I called to place an order and they said my address don't exist so they won't deliver 3 minutes down the street this isn't the only time this has happened I would order there three times a week or more I spent a lot of money there even told them from Midlothian and Youngstown Pond Road all they had to do was make a right out of their parking lot go down power's way make a left on Poland Avenue go through the light over the tracks third building on the right 5 minutes down the road and they said address doesn't exist so they gave me attitude and hung up on me I will never ever ever ever and I mean ever order from Marco's again lately the food's been overcooked

Marco's is hands down a better pie than Pizza Hut or Dominos. The staff is always having a good time when I go in to pick something up, and the screw ups you've come to expect from pizza places are extremely rare. This is my go-to weeknight pizza night pizza.

I had driven past Marco's many times, and my intuitive mind told me I needed to try these guys out, I should have listened earlier! WONDERFUL fresh ingredient pizza, meats, veggies, cheeses, all of it, perfection. Sorry I didn't say something initially when I posted the star count review, but I had to take the time for that and then this now... Busy moving, and your shop was on the path between homes... had to stop... mmmmmm, mmmmm, goooood!

The delivery was cancelled by door dash, but the manager made our pizza fresh and got it to us hot and ready. Thank you. The time on delivery didn’t mean anything. What the manager did meant everything. He’s the best and should be promoted, because he cares about the business and the customer when it’s late at night when everyone is tired from a long day.

Watched pie come out of the oven looked great! Got home different story. The amount of grease from that butter stuff that was for the crust was enough to make the pizza actually drip as if I pulled it out of water. I called the store and spoke with a guy. He said this is how they come out. This is normal and if he remade it, it would just be the same. That’s complete rubbish I’ve been here getting pizzas for over five years. It’s pretty solid most of the time I’ve never had one like this to be honest it’s pretty bad And then he tried to tell me that this is totally normal and it’s from pepperoni. I’ve had the extreme pepperoni pizza and it didn’t even have this much grease. I mean, if you seriously are serving pizzas that are so greasy. They’re just soaked and dripping like water is coming off of them, then I won’t be coming back if this is how they’re supposed to be all the time and you say this is normal. I’m not coming back then. Pizza was more than $5 only offer $5 credit toward future pizza but I explained I’m hungry it’s Labor Day and I’m out a dinner would rather return this since I’m not eating it and get another pie remade!?! I don’t have dinner now how does credit for less than I paid help? I want to bring the whole thing back I’m not eating it!! I feel really boned. Pity cos it was a decent corporate pizza open late. I’ll just get frozen meal instead of being robbed, you lost a regular once a month customer today. I won’t be returning to this chain shifting business else where. This is Bait & Switch, this is not how it’s advertised on commercials or website, stole my money and final product was inedible.

Marco sent me free pizza coupon via email was unable to redeem on application after multiple attempts, manger was very helpful. Marcos please stop sending false advertisement to people email. You almost lost a good customer thanks to manger at this location for honoring The false advertisement Marco sends to emails stating a free medium pizza.
