Watched pie come out of the oven looked great! Got home different story. The amount of grease from that butter stuff that was for the crust was enough to make the pizza actually drip as if I pulled it out of water. I called the store and spoke with a guy. He said this is how they come out. This is normal and if he remade it, it would just be the same. That’s complete rubbish I’ve been here getting pizzas for over five years. It’s pretty solid most of the time I’ve never had one like this to be honest it’s pretty bad And then he tried to tell me that this is totally normal and it’s from pepperoni. I’ve had the extreme pepperoni pizza and it didn’t even have this much grease. I mean, if you seriously are serving pizzas that are so greasy. They’re just soaked and dripping like water is coming off of them, then I won’t be coming back if this is how they’re supposed to be all the time and you say this is normal. I’m not coming back then. Pizza was more than $5 only offer $5 credit toward future pizza but I explained I’m hungry it’s Labor Day and I’m out a dinner would rather return this since I’m not eating it and get another pie remade!?! I don’t have dinner now how does credit for less than I paid help? I want to bring the whole thing back I’m not eating it!! I feel really boned. Pity cos it was a decent corporate pizza open late. I’ll just get frozen meal instead of being robbed, you lost a regular once a month customer today. I won’t be returning to this chain shifting business else where. This is Bait & Switch, this is not how it’s advertised on commercials or website, stole my money and final product was inedible.

Marco sent me free pizza coupon via email was unable to redeem on application after multiple attempts, manger was very helpful. Marcos please stop sending false advertisement to people email. You almost lost a good customer thanks to manger at this location for honoring The false advertisement Marco sends to emails stating a free medium pizza.

Terrible customer service at this location this place is a joke very unprofessional I ordered online for curbside pickup as per usual & when I arrived called in for my order the employee said oh you got it like that huh ? I ain’t even know we had curbside pickup !! Then acknowledged I had an order & hungup I sat in the car 15 mins thinking it would be out but no one came I walked in to get my order another employee said they didn’t know about having curbside pickup I’ll just continue picking up in girard instead this experience was embarrassing!!

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and the eta was 40 minutes, after a hour and a half I call them and get placed on hold for 15 minutes before talking to someone for 2 minutes just to be placed on hold again for 10 minutes and get hung up on. I called them back and was placed on hold again for another 10 minutes. There is no way they are this busy on a Wednesday evening. I won’t be going back

The person who delivered my food didn’t give me my change and on top of that there was a hair in my food, I hate the Marcos pizza, I really don’t recommend it.

When they don't even put your pizza in till well after your there to pick it up after pick up time how stupid can you be
Good price and food. However. Depe ds on who takes care for the front that day . Don't bother asking for special offers. Seems like they t.ry to sell you things are regular prices.(my opinion) I fail to get the guys name when I had place an other . He did his best to find me specials. Was able to get me one . I didn't feel rushed or pressured. (Wished I had gotten hos name)

I ordered delivery for their special. Large pizza, dessert, and drink. For some reason I didn't get an actual delivery driver, i got a text from door dash. Thought that was strange but rolled with it. Driver shows up and doesn't have the drink. No big deal, tell him thanks, I'll just call the place. Not his fault, he doesn't even work there. I call and get told that they only have one driver and he's busy so they can't send someone out with my drink and they can't refund me but they'll give me a $5 credit on my next order. I said if I don't get the soda or the refund I'm never ordering from them again so the $5 credit doesn't help me. They refused to bring me my drink or refund me.
Update: a month later and I've gotten nothing. The owner of this place is a thief. Not worth going to court over $3. People like this are scum. Guess there's a reason they're doing so bad financially they can't pay drivers. Hope they close soon.
