They went above and beyond to get my order right. I ordered one of the roast beef sandwiches. It was amazing. Replaced my meal just because they didn't put my dipping sauce in the bag. Great customer service.

Went in to pick up and order my food to go. Waited 30+ minutes for a couple subs and chili. When I asked the lady why is people who came in after me receiving their food and not me. She blamed it on a large to go order. Ultimately wasn’t the best experience, and I was in a time crunch.

I recently placed an order through DoorDash for the Ultimate Nachos, but several of the listed ingredients were missing from my meal. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told that if I came in immediately, the order would be remade. I explained that I was not feeling well, which is why I ordered delivery, and that it was raining and windy outside.

Unfortunately, the manager declined to speak with me directly and instructed the employee to relay the message, “Yeah, that’s all we can do.” Considering my order totaled $50.99, I found this response dismissive and disappointing.

This experience reflects a lack of basic customer service and common courtesy. As a result, I will not be dining with this establishment again.

Nice dining area, great friendly staff, and good food. We both had the choose 2: 1) Reuben and spud max and 2) Cuban and BBQ pork spud. Fast service and we're both stuffed.

Stopped here while visiting family in Boardman. Never had McAllister’s deli before. Got the club sandwich and a cup of soup. Both were very good! Service was also excellent.

If there were no stars to give that what I would give. Upon opening I was the first person in. A employee was walking through the dining area with a backpack on his back and a hoodie on his head cursing. I waited 20 minutes for a order and I was the first customer there when they opened.

Your food is outstanding, however the owner needs to do a better job at hiring quality people.
We went for an early dinner (8-22-25) this evening and there were 3 people standing behind the counter, one at the register and two preparing food at the back of the house. They were sloppy looking, hair not tucked into their hats and did nothing but stare and laugh at us. I hear, one of two, say I'll take the one on the right. They had the nerve to try to insult us when they looked like they haven't seen a shower or toothbrush in quite some time.
To the owner - please get rid of these people they are going to ruin your business.
