If I could give 0 stars I would. Minimum speed, for everyone, they don't answer when we call, curbside is the last option for service for sure. My daughter had meltdown because of such a long wait. More than 30 minutes waiting and I had to go get it inside, which started the meltdown. Terrible service, terrible service. Never ever again. the worst of all

Took 15 minutes to get our food (they were not busy). They completely messed up one burger and the other was raw. To replace the raw burger, they gave me one that was sitting out for a while so the bun was rock hard.

Horrible customer service my order was sitting there and had someone come to the counter maybe I wouldn’t have two orders of cold burnt fries. The cashier didn’t want to make it right either you could clearly see there were fresh fries sitting there and she refused to replace my two small fries.

The loudest most rude McDonald's I've ever been in. I've been here multiple times with friends and every time somehow gets worse every time. Hairs in food. Kitchen has food all over the floor. Workers mentioning "putting food on the floor before giving it to customers". I have low very expectations for McDonald's but this place is a horror movie.
