Service here is absolutely horrible. Lady running drive thru yelling about customers in front of counter customers. If this is how management acts here then they need a overhaul on new management and staff. I ordered a frappe and not sure why it took almost 20 minutes for me to get it and I was on counter. When I asked about it the staff gave me nothing but attitude. Definitely will not be coming back to this place

my nuggets weren’t even fresh not soft at all ordered some chocolate chip cookies and didn’t even get them. Was on the road so I couldn’t even turn back around which sucked. Will never come back here when I’m in town again

This has to be one of the worst chain restaurants I have ever visited. They had us pull up because our food wasn't ready which was no problem. I took a sip of my drink and it was flat. When she brought me my food. I asked her if I could please have a different drink and if she could throw this away. She said nah I ain't throwing that out. What do you want to drink just like that and had another chick bring it out to me. Which she kindly took the other drink for me. We asked for a side of Big Mac sauce and they squeezed it into a box that you put chicken nuggets in. The food was gross. It was sloppy greasy. Not only was the food expensive but I had the worst experience there. Such an ignorant person. And food was just thrown together. You guys really need to be shut down.

I mean at least the food is still McDonald’s quality for better or worse . Unless you go when there’s no line at all, you’re going to be there 10-30 mins in a line that moves at a dmv pace. Go to any other McDonald’s if you can.

Fifth avenue McDonald’s has to be by far the WORST in North East Ohio. The customer service was absolutely terrible. “My order was cancelled and supposedly refunded back to my account.” I go back in a week later to ask about my refund and the “manger”on duty was very hostile. Like I had a reason to lie about not getting my order. Then they tell me it has nothing to do with them because I put my order in on the app. None of my questions were answered. She claimed they would have to review the camera to confirm but couldn’t because she didn’t have the time to do so. Mind you me and my boyfriend are the only two people in the establishment. With maybe one car in the drive thru. There were at least four people behind the counter. She made no kind of effort to try and resolve the issue in the moment. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Names need to be put on the receipt so specific associates can be identified.

Remembered why I don't eat McDonald's again today. Ordered via app and after arriving 10 minutes later the order magically disappeared. It was lunch rush so there was no one to actually figure it out in time for me to go back to work. Bye bye 10$
My daughter stopped on after church October 19th which was a Sunday she ordered me a double quarter pounder w/ cheese it was 2 regular size burgers in bun no cheese this is the 2nd time this has happened it also happened the previous Sunday the bun was also stale crumbling apart the manager I spoke with was rude 2nd time this happened this was McDonalds 5th Ave youngstown ohio bring it back in I explained I don't drive people take your money and go elsewhere her attitude speaks for her oh and the fries were cold tasted like wax

Morning shift employee said something rude to me after I was walking to leave and then hid when I tried to get her to come out, manager didn’t handle the situation well either. If you don’t know how to keep mean thoughts in your head then you shouldn’t be working in fast food.
