Despite the fact that I was able to get a milkshake at 8am from this location, my milkshake tasted burnt. Like. How the FiretrUCK does thay happen? It's too expensive to be this bad. Too. When cheap costing food used to taste cheap, we accepted thay. Now, if I'm paying near $8+ for a meal, I expect some sort of quality. Instead of lowering my expectations, I will just eat somewhere else, no worries

Could definitely be cleaner. People could be nicer and maybe look like they want to help you. Fake it even. The remodel for McDonald's has made it awkward and impersonal. Also McDonald's makes you feel like youre in jail and make you ask for condiments and silverware.

Meat patty for the quarter pounder was still pink on the inside. The fries were cold. The manager was nice, and I noticed her directing workers to clean the kitchen area.
It seems like it doesn't matter if I order 1 thing or 10 I always have to wait at least 20 min if not longer and foods cold,wrong, or missing

Staff here is usually very nice it's easy to access the food is usually ok but this location is one of the highest priced McDonald's in the area. There items are almost $1 higher here for almost everything compared to other mcdonalds in the area!
