This store has a rating of 3, which makes sense given my experiences. Every time I've visited, the service has been poor. I went again on Saturday, December 6th, at 3:30 PM. I ordered two large fries, two 10-piece nuggets, two Mac chicken sandwiches, and an iced caramel coffee with customizations. Each time I order, I ask for everything to be fresh, but they fail to deliver, and I have to request replacements multiple times. This happened again: they didn't give me fresh food, initially delayed our drinks, and made the customized drink incorrectly. The packaging was terrible—the sandwich was outside the wrapping, the nuggets were soaked in mayo, and both fries and nuggets were old, which I pointed out. They replaced the sandwich but not the nuggets. I had to return for more food, and even then, the coffee wasn't made the way I customized it. I also received undercooked fries after multiple visits. All staff were extremely unprofessional—using phones, chatting, and laughing instead of working seriously. The manager was present but still didn't know how the employees could behave like this. They never apologized for the poor service. I've experienced similar issues before but never complained until now, when I was so frustrated I had to express my disappointment.

How this place stays in business is beyond me? They never get orders correct. Staff can't even record an order at the drive thru using the app. We're done ever going to this location. The Hubbard and McDonald locations on I-80 at least employ young people who can read, write and understand English and can communicate. This Liberty location is just plain terrible and its more expensive than the two locations I've mentioned above.

Was given a RAW burger?? And the rest of the food was disappointing too, ironically we bought it to compare to a UK McDonald's we had last week.

Fly to the UK if you want good maccies I guess 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very rude ignorant incompetent people that work there… make you wait in the drive thru line while they clear out the cars, instead of keeping the line flowing. The manager and another employee standing outside smoking instead of taking orders or helping. Outside drive waits 4 minutes for order to be taken while inside drive thru gets taken the second they pull up. This location seriously needs better management and better educate on what the timer means when cars pull up no wonder yous are the less busiest of them all.

The bathrooms are always dirty and the tissue is never where ots supposed to be.

1 star is too many. This McDonald’s should be shut down. Expect to sit here for 45 minutes no matter how many people are here, expect an attitude, expect your order to be completely wrong and expect the food to be old and cold!!!! The workers are completely incompetent and the food is absolutely disgusting. Bbb, inspectors, fda, attorney general etc really should take a look!!!!!

The morning cashier that works Tuesday-Saturday morning at the window is truly so Great. She’s so very friendly. Honestly when she’s not there in the mornings the service is pretty crappy and I just end up going somewhere else

Ive gone thru 3 times in the last week. All 3 times my order has been wrong. When I bring it to their attention they just throw attitude back at you. This location does not give two craps about service or accuracy. They act like it's your fault the order was wrong. Also be prepared to pull up every single time and wait 10 minutes for your food only to have it be wrong. Mcdonalds prices have gone through through the roof and their service while their service has become nonexistent. Manager says it's hard to get good help. Not the managers fault. I blame the company itself cause you can go.thru chick fil a or Starbucks and get the right order and good service. It all.staets with the company and this franchise couldn't care any less.

Normally I have no issues at this location, but this morning I was attempting to order breakfast at 5:45am prior to my work shift and was completely ignored at the speaker for over 5 minutes. I could hear rustling through the mic but I was completely ignored even after speaking into the speaker multiple times. I circled around and 4 employees were just sitting in the lobby. Another car pulled up after me and had the same experience. If you’re not serving breakfast I’d rather someone let me know than ignore me, because now I’ve wasted my time and have to go without it all together.

Every single time we have order from this McDonalds they have either forgotten something or messed something up without fail, these employees are the reason shampoo has instructions and they probably can’t even follow that
