Ordered 2 bacon quarter pounders and large fries. The frie was cold and not even any bacon on the BACON quarter pounders.

Ducked in for a quick eat in breakfast. The place was very clean. We ordered off the kiosk. Food was delivered to the table in 5 min with a crowd of people in the cue. No hassle. No drama. Also no napkins or condiments is the reason for low service score.

Worse service this is second time I stop that his McDonald's and service was extremely bad. Stood at counter girl came to counter then walked away went over to fryers kept looking at me never came back. I stood there with no one one bothering to come to serve me. There was only one car in drive thru when I got fed up with waiting not being serviced. The owners need to go in educate the workers on how to properly serve the customers. Service customer don't walk away then keep looking at customer.

First off when I go through the drive thru and spend 46.38 and go in cause I am missing something I do not have to put up with a manager smart mouth saying I am trying to get free food and her cocky mouth I don’t need free food I paid for something and when I am missing it I will go inside to get it. Maybe check your managers mouth and the way she speaks to customers

I was craving an ice cream cone from McDonald's so Iwas gonna use my mobile app at the register Im new to the app so I asked for help after he tried to help me now the order is stuck on my app idk what to do. I paid cash for my ice cream over 2 dollars for a come with maybe 2 inch of ice cream above the rim of the cone it was tiny took 20 30 mins start to finish just to get a tiny cone. The worker was sweet only thing was it seemed like it was his first day of work and he was the only one there that place looked dead the poor guy was confused and not knowledgeable of the register, prices, deals no one seemed to be around to help this poor young man. So I took my baby cone told him it wasn't his fault they didn't teach him or seem to be around to help him. Told him to breathe.

I wouldn’t give it any stars, but you have to give it at least one star I used to work there so I know how it is inside the kitchen in the back everywhere and there it’s filthy. It smells like a sewer most of the days nobody wears gloves properly the workers are always touching raw meat and man touching, everything else with the same loves they touched raw meat with that slithered onions and lettuce is always mushy and slimy. The slither onions smell awful, but we were not allowed to throw them out. We had to keep them in. Serve them to the customers managers are very rude. Most of them are young so they just sit on their phones smoke weed and. Talk dad about their employees constantly showing favoritism or whispering eye rolling. It’s just out of control. I was fired two days after I asked for a raise because I was there for four years. I had to call off due to my ankle rather than asking me for my doctors excuse the general manager had two unqualified managers in training, Meme, nobody where is their uniform everyone wears hoodies with their hood on their head. The other day there was a girl I was working with she had slipper socks on. She was working in them. Nothing about this McDonald’s pick and chooses when they want to follow rules it’s terrible. The only reason I stayed along is because I live two minutes from this McDonald’s , it was very convenient. It was one of the best things that could happen to me. I dread going into work every single time I had it it would make my stomach turn. They never clean the bun toaster that the fillet fish sandwiches go in they barely wipe things down. There is grease literally over flowing from the fryers behind the trash cans. They don’t pull anything out and sweep them mop and put it all on the night shift to do all the cleaning , the new manager that is there Kandyce is awful is the new general manager and brought her mom along with her her mom has so many hours everybody’s else’s hours got cut her mom is a very rude person and my opinion they’re sort of racist but go buy some food. See for yourself how rude they are and their customer service sucks. They will sit there and see people at the counter will there’s someone at the counter they will ignore it roll their eyes don’t even say hi how are you? Nothing just yell out. Are you here for DoorDash and give them the bag and say that your food is fresh when you ask for fresh food, they will re-drop the chickens and fish and nuggets that is already in the cabinet to make it seem like it is fresh. The grease is always old as hell , they’re disgusting

At 3:09 11/03 I went through for drinks. There was no line anywhere yet it took 5 whole minutes to answer the speaker, by the time I got to the first window the first girl glared at me and snatched my card . The girl at the second window could be bothered to speak to me. No receipts so here I am on google. Get it together and fire these people that don’t want to be there
