The people who work there are always nice and when I did have a problem with my food I called the number that is posted on their drive through window and spoke with Heather the district manager who is over 50 McDonalds and she is the only person who services our area and I left a message and she got right back to shw was awesome she listens and then she also told me she would make sure my grievances with that McDonald would...

The term "fast food" has become an oxymoron. There was nothing "fast" about it. Employees have no sense of urgency, but are better than the 5th Ave location, by far. Idk what happened with the business model, but the solution to being busy isn't to turn off a kiosk or pause taking orders at the register. It's development of team members.

It's McDonald's. Within the past 2 months i got i got an Iced vanilla latte, by the end of the day i had food poisoning, the drink was the only thing no one else consumed.Their food has always tasted like oily cardboard to me. The employees simply do their job, I've never experienced them smile, ask how I was, or say have a nice day, so meh.
