Slowest McDonald’s ever. Ate in. Waited 10 minutes for my order. Fries were cold. Wanted a refill on my soda. Machine inside the restaurant was broken, no surprise. Waited at the counter for several minutes. No one was there. Never coming back to this one.

At the first window employee was rude and wouldn’t even give me a total, then moving to the second window I had ordered 2 drinks and she kept saying “I don’t think” she rang up a second drink and was rude about it! What do you mean I think? Horrible experience, employees should not have attitudes when dealing with customers.

Very rude workers at drive thru window.We had a large order and asked for a bag, which we have used before, and they would not give us one. They didn't offer a drink carrier for 6 drinks. When asking for one the cashier rolled her eyes and thrust one out the window. Drinks were only half filled.

I ordered a coffee with cream no sugar, I told them 3 times no sugar… and I drove away,went to an appt and drank my drink it was full of liquid sugar, this has happened before! I understand people make mistakes but when I returned to the store a day later and made a complaint the manager was very rude I asked what her name was and She wouldn’t tell me, very poor customer service! I won’t return!

Old woman threaten me not to serve me. I went inside and no server at register. Woman cleaning floor was no help because she didn't know English. OLD lady was slamming registers when greeting me and threaten not to serve and says I'll give your money back and I said give me my money back. Fire her.
