Manager on clock name was Rocky, African American guy he was very nice making sure all passes get completed and I also think my show real great squad n leadership skills❗oh yeah his cook wasn't pretty bad either , very nice finishing touch, keep up the good work.

This is one of the WORST McDonald's ever. We come here for 2 happy meals almost once a week because of gymnastics. They take 15min to take your order, then they pull you to wait for your food for another 15 mins and your food isn't even warm or good. You can't leave the line because you're stuck. It's unbelievable how bad they are. This will be my last time going. Already on 20 min wait and I was just pulled to wait for my food. 10pc nug meal and a hamburger happy meal...could you imagine if I ordered a dinner box?!

This McDonald's location is what keeps all the bad McDonalds stereotypes alive. Forced to order off of a kiosk, long chaotic wait for food, unsalted fries, incorrect drink size, flat diet coke, the works!!! In the several minutes we were waiting for our food, several people went up to the counter to and were either told that they were out of the item they ordered, or were trying to correct several messed up items given to them in their order. Also, no soda fountain so you are forced to go to the counter to ask the stressed out workers for a refill of their deliciously flat and tasteless soda.
Eat here if you love bad quality McDonald's food with even worse service!

I went thru today around 3pm and encountered a small issue. The manager (i wish I had gotten her name) wenr ABOVE AND BEYOND to make me happy. She was outstanding and really cared about my experience. Thank you!!!!!

That's place really disappointing because wait to get your order almost hours and I wasn't need gas I parked pump to get my food usually I spent max 10-15 min but this place doesn't care about it I asked my food they said you have to and they don't care inside people they said first service always drive thru then once finish you will get that's what I hear from manager also funny thinks I order double quarter pounds and they give me big Mac that's stupid

Pleasant service members, everything was well made and fresh, and I was in and out quick. McDonald’s locations are extremely hit and miss so I appreciate it.
Extremely slow service, can order from fuel island on app park truck on other side of the lot walk over and still wait 20 minutes! This is an establishment inside a truck stop! We truck drivers are always on the clock and time is of the essence!

As someone who worked at McDonald’s in high school and understands it’s not that hard of a job, corporate really needs to look into this place. Every. Time. I order they tell me to pull up and wait, along with 5 other cars in front of me. This place is terribly run, terribly slow. Needs new management ASAP.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too! I waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 happy meals. Was told by the rude drive thru employee to pull up front, they are waiting on the fries. Waited in my car for 10 minutes. Went inside, while standing there they had made 3 baskets of fries. Still waiting for 2 happy meals… this place is a joke! Needs new management and new employees.
