Very excited to already see the Shamrock shake being served in February. I love the neon green frosty drink...I do want to try the Oreo shamrock shake & see how I like it. I normally always get the fish with extra tartar but on occasion a hamburger sounds good. My nephew just loves those Oreo McFlurry. It does look like a kids size McFlurry in his large hands. Lol -- He swears that this McDonald's has THE VERY BEST FRIES in Trumbull County! They were tasty!

Waited at the DT speaker for quite a while before my order was taken, although no one else was in line in front of me. Staff was unpleasant and unspeaking. My sandwich looked like it had exploded in the wrapper and didn't have the right condiments. Will go to Niles or Austintown next time and skip this mess.

Food is always wrong.It seems that reading is not a requirement to work at this location. Would understand a mistake here and there but every single time...Usually when you want to add or subtract something from an order you would expect the cook to read the ticket and make it the way it was asked for. At this McDonald's that will not happen you better want it they way they give it or go somewhere else. As a customer it seems as though my money is being stolen when I ask for a specific product and receive something else almost like if they said it cost $10.00 and I gave them $5.00 oh ya unlike what the customer is forced to deal with they wouldn't accept it.So then why should the customer just have to accept being given something other than what they paid for? Seems like theft. Door dash does not refund you when the business messes your order up so a waste of money and time. We will not spend money again with this McDonald's and if the others have the same standards will not spend money with them either. McDonald's was my familys go to fast food that is no longer the case they would rather have burger king or chick fila anyday. Only gave McDonald's another chance after all the mess ups because they really wanted the promoted happy meal toys with sonic if it wasn't for that I wouldn't have spent a dollar with them already. This last experience has solidified that they will no longer be a go to for this family.Used to be if you didn't do your job you didn't have one now the customer pays for the workers to halfway do a job and who cares the customer actually worked for their money someone's gotta take care of the lazy and drag them along sadly that's the world we love in today. Quality of food is no good have had meat be burnt from being left on too long ies cold specifics for sandwiches completely ignored. Wouldn't waste my money with this business maybe a different McDonald's has a better crew but this one is a disappointment for sure.

We live locally and ironically their milkshake machine is broken quite often. Either they have the absolute worst luck or they are extremely lazy and have no interest in completing basic job duties. Absolute joke, please avoid if you are able.

Paid for cold fries ask manager for fresh fries he told me 3 minutes 4 minutes later I watched him passing out food to everyone else meanwhile I’m still waiting end result I still got cold fries with a few hot mixed in.
