This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too! I waited nearly 40 minutes for 2 happy meals. Was told by the rude drive thru employee to pull up front, they are waiting on the fries. Waited in my car for 10 minutes. Went inside, while standing there they had made 3 baskets of fries. Still waiting for 2 happy meals… this place is a joke! Needs new management and new employees.

Only problem was that McDonald's overcharged us by $25. Was too tired from driving 600 miles. Didn't notice until we got back to truck. Showed also 4 large cokes on receipt that didn't order.

Store needs better communication and customers service training. Waited 15 minutes for one iced coffee. I had ordered through the app. Waited the first 10 minutes as patiently as I could no employer had acknowledged my presence near the pick up area. No one working the front. All the other employees seemed to be avoiding looking towards the front of the store. I finally called one young lady with long red dreadlocks and tried to express my frustration of having to wait so long for an iced coffee. Nothing of concern seemed to register on her face when she responded,”I’m not working up front, I’m cleaning. You can talk to her “ as she walked away pointing vaguely in the direction of the drive through area without making further eye contact and disappearing around a corner. A minute later I was able to call over the drive thru lady who looked like she could cry at any minute as I calmly explained what was wrong. She told me she’d get it and disappeared to retrieve a ticket from around the other wall then came back a couple of minutes later apologizing with that same look of ready to cry (that’s what it looked like to me anyway. I wasn’t yelling or anything, just had an annoyed tone). She explained the ticket popped up in a place they can’t see and then blankly stared at me as if that was that. I took my coffee because that was that.

Utter chaos making drinks way before you get your order, people not knowing which is theirs, fries were cold and like eating limp celery. Burgers were just warm almost cold, ketchup on the burger had a vinegar taste

Got the new chicken tenders, and the food would have got a 5 star, but my fish sandwich was very, very dry. The bun tasted old.

Food was cold right out of the bag, the cheese was not even melted. If I was not in a hurry I would have went back. Whole meal went in the garbage.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but the McDonald’s in Weathersfield next to the Pilot really tested my patience today. I waited over 30 minutes for a DoorDash order that was already marked ready for pickup. Not only was the order extremely late on their end, but there was no communication or sense of urgency from the staff.
When you’re out here trying to make a living through DoorDash, delays like this are more than just inconvenient — they really hurt. Time is money, and having to stand around for half an hour kills productivity and makes dashing nearly unsustainable. If this location wants to keep up with delivery demand, something seriously needs to change.
I love the mobile order. I 1st thought it was crazy but have come to love it as a truck driver who needs to save time and keep going.

I try not to eat at McDonald’s but with the choices around me at the time, it was the best option. The girl who rang me up was about as enthusiastic as a rock but it was par for the course and my food was as salty as she was…
