I did want to use the self order machine. Was at the counter. Employee said "I guess they got the memo". Very rude. Manager arguing with associate on the floor about scheduling. Very unprofessional. Meat was NOT cooked 100%.

Typical McDonald's. The one issue l had was I asked the server if she could mix Sprite and Dr. Pepper. She said no, she couldn't! Been to lots of McDonald's. Whether it's a self service or staff service, it very simple to mix soft drinks! You put the cup under the Sprite dispenser and then under the Dr. Pepper.

I’m literally stuck in the drive-through. I cannot get out of the drive-through because there’s a large median in the middle and fence on the other side so when I try to get a milkshake I can’t get one and I’m stuck in this line for 20 minutes. I just keep sitting here stuck.

I was treated like a child by the night closing manager for complaining about raw chicken she has the worst attitude for a customer service based job so I came the next day and the manager on duty Rochelle was amazing the complete opposite of the night before she made my day she was very professional and took care of the complaint and went above and beyond to make sure I walked away a happy customer she needs to train all your managers straight professional customer service with a beautiful smile thanks Rochelle God bless you
