The employee was trashy, and gave us the wrong order. My mom ordered for me a Steak McGriddle with no sauces or slithered onions, but apparently the employee didn't get the Griddle in McGriddle... AND SHE GAVE ME A FREAKING BAGLE, and whats worse? THEY PUT CREAM CHEESE ON IT (which I don't like cream cheese WARNING NOT A JOKE). So I took one bite and hated it, and after all of that one bite, I FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO THROW UP. So... The world is full of suprises, like getting NOT what you wanted from a McDonald's. If the manager sees this review, fire this person IMMEDIATELY!!!

I was doing a DoorDash order and had to pick up an order at this McDonald’s. They were 8 kid workers in the lobby who all seemed to have left at the same time. There was only one worker left inside. This worker was left by herself with at least 10 cars in line right before closing. I had to message the person who order I was picking up and explain to them the situation and why half of their order was missing. It was not the workers fault by any means. Completely unacceptable and a disgusting lack of management.

I got my husband a double quarter with cheese, ketchup and mustard only. As you can see from the pictures they completely drowned it in the ketchup and mustard. We had some hamburger buns so he switched it out with one from our bread box. He said the fries tasted like the y were cooked in old or burnt grease. After a couple bites of the double quarter and then a few fries he ended up getting sick. We will definitely never be going back to that particular McDonald's. Corner of Midlothian and South Ave. The girls that took the order and gave me the order were both really nice.
I stopped by around 3:30am (after work). They ignored me at the drive thru speaker for quite a while, despite there being no customers in front of me. Then they ignored me at the pay/pick up window for a period of time. They weren't very friendly or polite. I'll try to find a better business for my after-work-meal.

Worse McDonald's in mahoning county. I don't believe I've ever gotten a fresh burger from here. I don't think I've ever gotten a correct order here in the 15 years I've lived in Youngstown. I live only .2 miles from this store but prefer to take my business elsewhere.
