They gave us a drink that wasn’t even full. Workers didn’t speak, gave us food and left. No customer service or anything. They also wear airpods when they work.

Went around 430pm on 1/5, they were out of happy meals, no problem, ordered a 20 piece nugget, large fry, small sprite, chocolate milk. I rounded up so my payment was $14. I paid at the first window, no issues the guy was very nice, got to the second window and the lady was handing me a large sprite, I told her I had a small and she said “no you paid for a large just take it” again, I said no, it was for my son I just wanted a small. She rolled her eyes and gave me the small and then handed me a bag of food. I didn’t get the chocolate milk so I waited for a minute and she opened the window again and very rudely said “what?!?” I told her I did not get the chocolate milk and she told me that was not on my order, then asked me what my order was. I told her and she said “well you just paid for a completely different meal, give me the food back” and then snatched the food from me, shoved the correct food at me along with the milk. It was completely disrespectful. I looked at my receipt and I paid for the correct order. She acted like I was the issue and not her giving me the wrong items. Just overall bad experience, I understand having a bad day but you shouldn’t treat people like they are the problem, when in fact you are the one who messed up.

The girl that works night time in the drive thru with purple hair is AMAZING!!!! She deserves a raise. Working with ONE other person, in TEARS… poor girl deserves more than what she’s getting.

Not a true 24-Hour location like both the McDonald's app and google says. Only the drive thru is 24 hours... which doesn't work when you drive a semi and try to get breakfast.

Staff isn't very friendly. You get an air that they are miserable at their job and don't really want to work with the public. Hopefully you don't need to go inside and get served because they will treat you like a burden rather than a customer. Typical McDonalds food.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this location. After waiting in the drive-thru for an extended period without acknowledgment, I placed my order and was told to pull forward. At the first window, I paused briefly but received no indication that payment was expected, so I proceeded to the second window. An employee then leaned out the window and loudly demanded payment, using demanding hand gestures and speaking to me in a condescending manner. This created confusion and forced multiple vehicles to reverse in the drive-thru line.

When I expressed that his behavior was inappropriate, he responded by making excuses, then being condescending, and lastly slamming the window shut mid conversation. The ordering screens were not functioning, no clear instructions were provided at the ordering station concerning which payment window I was to go to, and the overall communication was poor/borderline harassment. Most concerning, management refused to address the situation despite multiple complaints about this employee, as the lady in front of me was also offended by this gentleman's use of tone.

This experience was upsetting, especially with children in my vehicle. I hope the management team takes immediate steps to improve customer service and professionalism as no customer should be leaving this establishment embarrassed and enraged.

Ordered from here and they got the wrong drinks no sauce and my kid burned my house down because of the kid toy you guys gave him that was already used! He was not happy with his HAPPY meal

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but this last time I went in, I was scolded by a worker. I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, paid, and then, when I pulled up to the drive-thru window, all with no one behind me, I was handed a half full drink, which they did remake, but then I was told to pull forward. I soon realized there was nowhere to pull up so, with all three spots taken ,I pulled into the closest mobile order spot. When the girl brought out my food, she said “ I was told to tell you next time pull up to keep the line moving” I responded back “ I’m so sorry I didn’t know where to pull up since all the spots were taken, so I just pulled into the closest mobile spot” and she said “ It doesn’t really matter next time keep the line moving.” I’m not really sure how to do so when I was doing as I was told.

I want to start off by saying the overnight staff is SO nice. If this review were about them, it’d be 5 stars and the only reason I’m giving more than 1 star is because of them. That being said, I placed a mobile order today and even though I originally said I’d pick it up in the drive thru, I decided to go in bc the line was long and all I ordered was a cone. Not a big deal, and i know it’s not a big deal bc I worked at McDonald’s for 4 years. I walk in and the girl running the counter walked up slowly like she was being forced and just stared at me. No “hi, how are you”, nothing. I say hi, tell her I have a mobile order aand give her the code. She said something to me and I didn’t hear her so I asked her to repeat herself (kindly). She rolled her eyes and walked away instead!! She told her manager I have a mobile order, the manager her for the code and she said I didn’t tell her the code (I did). So the manager asked me the code and confirmed. She tells the employee to make the cone, employee says she doesn’t know how, they say a couple more things going back and forth (couldn’t really hear) and I hear the manager say “I don’t care, that’s your customer” and the employees responds by saying “nah it’s her customer” and points to the girl in drive thru (remember because I originally placed it for drive thru pick up). Mind you, the drive thru was slammed and the girl on counter was doing nothing but standing around. The manager had to get really stern with her and she FINALLY made the cone. She handed the cone to me and VERY passive aggressively and sarcastically said “have a nice day”. She was so incredibly rude and as someone who has worked in customer service for almost a decade, I don’t understand how anyone that acts like this can be employed in a job where they interact with guests. This was today, Oct 11th around 3:20 pm. McDonald’s really needs to start checking their employees

I wish I had the energy to write a detailed review of my over 20 minute adventure ordering a small coffee and leaving with nothing because the employees just wouldn’t even do their jobs, but this place took all of my energy out of me!

I did not order any food. While I started to order food, I got 24. Mcdoubles ordered 2 small fries and 2 drinks and it came to $22. And I said, never mind. I PA basically $10 for the same where I'm from Trumbull County. Prices were crazy and I walked out.
