Outback Steakhouse

I started with a bloody mary, requesting that it be medium in spice. When I received it, it was entirely too spicy; the server, Tori, took it back and the bar tender happily made another; it was delicious. I then decided to order something different, the new Chimichurri Filet. One bite and my mouth was on fire! Nowhere on the menu does it state that there are hot pepper flakes in the chimichurri. As I have had chimichurri at other restaurants I never expected it to be spicy. When Tori asked about our meals (my husband ordered the same), I told her I was not expecting it to be spicy. Her response was something to the effect of "You just can't win tonight, can you?" No, I guess I didn't. What a miserable meal. I went on Outback's website and filled out the "contact us" form and also responded to their survey email. It has been 6 days and there has been NO REPLY yet. Don't be fooled into thinking they will respond.

The service was very slow to get seated, slow to get our food and we ate with plastic silverware the service sucked and I would not go back. Hopefully someone reads this!!!

A girl with a bow in her hair was extremely rude to me and my sister when we asked her a question. Rolled her eyes at us and had a poor attitude. Food was good.

If you’re ordering online or delivery from this store please be prepared to wait atleast 45-60 mins because they dont serve delivery drivers unless they knock the door and yell the cooks.

The food was the only thing good about this experience. Waitress was new and not her fault, but was not thrilled with any other part of the visit. I understand that it was Father's Day, but I asked our waitress and the manager for a child's menu, and still had to go to the front and get one myself. We waited for just our drinks for over 20 minutes, and another in our party over 30 minutes for an adult beverage. They have us plastic plates as they had run out of clean ones. I also heard that they had run out of clean glasses. I would think the manager would be aware of how busy this day would have been and planned accordingly. My food was very good, but others in our party stated that the food was quite salty. Improvements need to be made for others to have an overall better experience.

Serve and atmosphere is good but the food was not. The food is over priced for the quality. The appetizer was not edible due to how salty it was and we returned it, then my husband's meal was overwhelmingly salty. It was hard not to assume it was done on purpose for complaining. My Alice Springs Chicken was tasty but the portion size was less than satisfying. The manager basically said to ask for less seasoning because their seasoning has alot of salt in it. They should automatically know that alittle less salt is better, when you can add it at the table. We will not be returning.

Our server, Cody Kelly, was awesome. Friendly, outgoing and kinder than anyone we have encountered at a chain. Made our dining experience very pleasant after a long day. The food was great too but the service was absolutely what we will come back for.

So my family and I went here after a school event, and although there wasn't a wait for a table since it wasn't busy, we waited around 30 minutes to get our orders taken. The waitress who helped us was such a sweetheart, but she was taking care of 4 other tables even though there were 2 other waiters who sat around doing nothing. This lady was obviously stressed and on top of that she was new. When we ordered our food, my uncle ordered a porterhouse steak, but when we got our food.. they gave him the wrong order. When he sent it back and got the correct order, his steak was not cooked to his liking and he was also missing his fries. Also that was NOT a porterhouse steak, it was too small to be one. So he ended up not ordering anything. Overall this was a very disappointing experience, but I again would like to clarify that the lady was doing her best and I feel like her co workers were teaming up against her, she was very kind and helpful. If I could give 0 stars for this experience I would.

Excellent service from Sam. She totally understood my dietary issues, one being celiac, and made both me and the kitchen aware. She was fantastic and the good was great. Will return.

We added our names to the wait-list. With the time given for our wait, we should have been waiting no more than 5 minutes once we arrived. We still wait d 30 min nutes. The frustrating part was we could see that there were open tables. The first table that they seated us at felt small and in the center of the room. We asked if we could have another table, as there were several. The hostess said she'd have to check. She came back and moved us. So, it really took us approximately 45 minutes to get a seat. That's over an hour from the time of being added to the wait-list. I ordered a martini style drink. For the price, it wasn't worth it. Our blooming onion was small and looked burned. We requested more ranch dressing and never received it. It's as if they either don't have enough staff or the staff is just slow and doesn't remember requests.
