Hate it here now.....New owners and processed everything....never thought a bagel would suck!!!! Cookies hard as a rock....used to be warm and soft.....lost my business!!!!

I just bought a $6 yogurt. It is joke. There is literally 1 tablespoon of yogurt with a few strawberries. No blueberries, nothing. These used to be the best parfaits now they are child size rip offs. Never again. Had I seen it before I got to the office I most definitely would not have purchased it. Save your $$$$ go elsewhere for yogurt. So disappointed

I visited in the evening and the staff were not knowlegable about the avaliabity of sandwiches. The cashier was unable to give correct change or make my smoothie. The manager did kindly make me smoothie and apologize.

Stopped in to get some breakfast while in town on a work trip yesterday. There are no Paneras near me, so I always take the opportunity to stop in when given the chance. The cashier who took my order was a delight and was so patient with me and my un-caffeinated state. Everything was delicious! I used my company card, and they are sticklers for receipts. Of course I threw my receipt away as soon as I had it. I called back tonight and had the pleasure of speaking with Autumn. When I explained that I needed my receipt she was so nice and incredibly helpful! I have a hard time asking for help, but she was so friendly and patient. I just want to say thank you so much Autumn for saving my butt and getting me the receipt. Thanks to the whole team for being so kind!

Can’t even walk in to pick up a DoorDash order because the general manager wants to always start drama! Was told I would be trespassed for what picking up an order!! Last few months Quality has been horrible!! Unfortunately nothing will be done about it because the next person up on the lady is the district manger who is her brother in law. Unbelievable

Close one to my job but Everytime it’s a disappointment! I leave early and still end up almost late ! Than I even got someone else order before from them .
