My wife and I were enjoying a dinner out at Panera on the evening of the Panerathon. The employees were undoubtedly tired from working all of the extra hours to accommodate the race. The shift manager, Abby, was the one who greeted us at the register and she was incredibly nice, even though we had free sandwich certificates from the Panerathon. She gladly took our orders, for around $4 total, with a smile on her face. It was a great experience and the food was awesome, as always!...

I ordered a new item on their menu. See below. It had slimy old lettuce on my sandwich. For $12, there should not be lettuce like that in the restaurant.
They changed their menu, switching out more expensive ingredients for cheaper ones. For example, what was the Turkey Bacon Bravo that I've loved for years is now the Bravo. It now has ham and cheddar instead of smoked gouda and only turkey.
