Absolutely wonderful late lunch! Friendly staff all around, excellent service, great atmosphere, very clean and comfortable relaxed dining, and especially great food and menu options!! I've been thru a trove of restaurants for a while now,and I have been very disappointed with 90% of them. Bad service, burnt, or undercooked meat 🍖 🤔, and just all around bad experiences. But today, I had a craving for special pancakes, and Perkins popped right into my mind, so I thought...

Food and service very good as usual, getting pricey, however this Perkins is always so Flippin cold inside that it is not a comfortable place to eat. Food gets cold quickly, and have to wear a coat while you eat. I have brought this up several times when we go but to no avail upon next visit. Thermostat was set at 65 degrees. Hostess said no one had said anything, but I pointed out that all customers with coats were still wearing them! Here's your sign!

Seating was comfortable we had a party of 6. Our server was excellent she was friendly and attentive. The food was ok as far as portion price and temperature. It was a bit on the room temp side I had the fish and compared to other restaurants it was pretty small. So for that reason it was a bit pricey. The sweet tea had a funny taste. My son had the breakfast he said it was good.
