Placed an order through UberEats for this location. Apparently the restaurant was out of the item that I ordered and neither contacted me nor canceled the order. I found out when the driver arrived at the restaurant and called me to let me know after she had to spend her own time knocking on the drive thru window and front door because they were not answering the drive thru. I attempted to call the restaurant after that point but they refused to answer the phone. Horrendous customer service.

The restaurant on 422, Ohio, Niles, fantastic Staff is wonderful. Pizza Hut your call center did not send my order to this location. Having a call center for food orders is the dumbest idea ever!!!!! The fact that I'm waiting after ordering 20+minutes ago is crap. The staff here, the food, and the atmosphere are definitely wonderful. Again call center taking orders and placing them is absolutely stupid.

Worst store to go to for pizza in the area doors locked at 11:20 saying they just opened when they were open hour prior! Way to go Pizza Hut! Oooh not to mention store employees like to lock doors during daytime hours.

Got there two minutes before it said it would be done, and they told me it would be six more minutes. I was the only person there. When I got my pizza it was absolutely burnt to a crisp and they didn't even cut it all the way through. They dumped seasoning on some parts of the pizza, it looks like with a spoon. Was my pizza burned on purpose? It seems so. Regardless, it's a display of utter contempt for the customer. Absolutely atrocious service and I should get a refund. Garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

Gave my order away to someone else and refuse to refund me with an order or money. Trash employees to say the least. Over a 2 hour wait
You can only pick up through the drive-thru there was one car blocking the drive-thru from five other people getting their orders I called in and said well can't you ask them to pull around there's four more cars that would like to get their food so the very next car that went up to the window did the same thing and none of the employees did anything they just let them sit there and block the drive-through for almost 30 minutes

This pizza hut was very good in the past. It has gone extremely down hill the last few times I have ordered. Tonight I had pasta and breadsticks and they left the breadsticks out. Last time they left the pop out. We had to go back after leaving twice. The pizza this time was very dry and flat and the bottom had a strange dotted texture that was overcooked. Quality currently is not great.

I wouldn't recommend this location at all I can't stress this enough my pizza had pearls or some type of white beads in it people work to hard for their money so me personally I wouldn't order from here ever again
