Been going to the one on Belmont avenue recently usually I go to the one near the Eastwood Mall. Belmont avenue of really been enjoying a customer service the ladies working there have really been into their jobs. Very friendly and fun!

I wish I could give NO stars. Absolutely ridiculous service!! Ordered 2 sandwiches just for them to give me hot lettuce on bread. When I go back to have it remade or refunded their employee didn’t want to come back to the window or answer the door. Proceeded to call the police on me for asking for my food to be made right or refunded.

Placed an order through UberEats for this location. Apparently the restaurant was out of the item that I ordered and neither contacted me nor canceled the order. I found out when the driver arrived at the restaurant and called me to let me know after she had to spend her own time knocking on the drive thru window and front door because they were not answering the drive thru. I attempted to call the restaurant after that point but they refused to answer the phone. Horrendous customer service.
The restaurant on 422, Ohio, Niles, fantastic Staff is wonderful. Pizza Hut your call center did not send my order to this location. Having a call center for food orders is the dumbest idea ever!!!!! The fact that I'm waiting after ordering 20+minutes ago is crap. The staff here, the food, and the atmosphere are definitely wonderful. Again call center taking orders and placing them is absolutely stupid.

Worst store to go to for pizza in the area doors locked at 11:20 saying they just opened when they were open hour prior! Way to go Pizza Hut! Oooh not to mention store employees like to lock doors during daytime hours.

Got there two minutes before it said it would be done, and they told me it would be six more minutes. I was the only person there. When I got my pizza it was absolutely burnt to a crisp and they didn't even cut it all the way through. They dumped seasoning on some parts of the pizza, it looks like with a spoon. Was my pizza burned on purpose? It seems so. Regardless, it's a display of utter contempt for the customer. Absolutely atrocious service and I should get a refund. Garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage garbage. Avoid this establishment at all costs.
