We ordered delivery... But now they started using door dash to deliver. Well door dash doesn't have hot bags . Also ... They take forever to pick up the order from the store. So food is soggy and luke warm at best . Wings turn to rubber. Tonight they tried to deliver my food almost 30 minutes past the original time . Needless to say , I denied that food. My toddler has been waiting for food for an hour and a half ... Now another hour for Domino's. I am a diabetic and need to eat at certain times. Let's just say ... You lost a long time customer and former Pizza Hut employee... You have lost my loyalty ?
This location uses DoorDash to pick up delivery orders. Unfortunately, an order that should have been delivered in 25-35 minutes is now over an hour out and cold. This happened last time, decided to give it another chance, wrong choice.

This was the first, and only time, I will ever order from the Belmont Ave. location. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:40pm, I didn’t leave with my order until after 6:10pm. When I received my pizzas they were already starting to get cold and the sauces I ordered were left out. The cookie and brownie that I ordered were terrible. The cookie was very dry and over baked. The flavor and texture of the brownie were both terrible and it stuck to the pan so it had to be scraped out. There was no apology or explanation from the staff for the long wait either. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I won’t be back.

The delivery was fast and for a classic stuff crust pizza it was okay. Kinda bland and had no cheesepull but it what you expect from a chain pizza place. I normally get sausage and it was okay too. I wish it was a little cheaper for the quality tho.

I've only ordered from here twice and both times it was horrible! The food was cold and old, after this last time I'm never going back to pizza hut. It's sad they used to be good and spending 40$ on one pizza and 16 wings to get horribly sick is not worth it

Pizza Hut used to be so good! What happened? My pizza was not hot at all and tasted like salt and bread. I guess I won’t be ordering anymore.
There was a time that getting pizza was rare. The cost is not much different than it was thirty years ago. Of course back then I could eat a meat lovers on my own.

I ordered a meat lovers large pizza and it was burnt with hardly no toppings. We didn't eat it we each tried a slice and said it was no good so the two of us was stuck with a large burnt pizza after spending 25.00 and some change and a tip on top of it. I was very disappointed ☹️.
