Ordered a drink with my pizza and every time I order a drink the drivers forget it. I told the driver he forgot it and it took him an hour to drive back and get my drink and bring it to me. I live 5 minutes from the store. The quality of the food has gone down significantly, the app is terrible, and when you call the store you have to get transfered from a call center in India. Pizza hut has lost my business after this experience.

Very clean, the orders are exactly as requested, the crew are the most kindness people I have met & I highly recommend this Pizza Hut to everyone. You can't beat the wonderful prices.
Ordered 4 pizzas, only 3 came...Verry arrogant over the phone...Box for cinnamon sticks was crushed on the top...Won't order again..

I went to the bathroom and there were cockroaches on the ground and there were ants in the corner the workers were really mean to me it ruined my day asked for pineapple pizza and they busted out laughing at me then I got the pizza and they spit on it

Little Caesars pizza is better and way cheaper. This is the third time my is mess up. Then they're extremely slow so you're waiting for a long time just to get something that's messed up and sloppy done..... They're literally just making pizza and salad like how hard is it..... Literally will not be going back.
