They told us an hour and a half for our take out order. It was New Years Eve to be fair. The pizza was cold and nasty, though by the time we got back to our hotel.....ten minutes away! The lady was definitely NOT the most polite at the drive threw window either!

I wish I could give -30 stars but I'll be generous and give 1 star because the delivery driver was very sweet and kind throughout this ordeal. I ordered a medium pizza and breadsticks for delivery. Breadsticks were good, no complaints there. But the pizza was FAR from done. The dough was super light in color, tasted doughy, very chewy, and I've worked in food service so it didn't take me long to realize the dough was still RAW!! I called the store and spoke with the manager on shift. Let's just say her tone was very rude, she tried to insult my intelligence on whether my pizza was cooked or not because, get this, she personally made it herself LOL! Ma'am you can't cook and you should be disappointed in yourself as a manager in that case. She started to question me about how much I ate, if I still had it, I have to give it back in order to receive a new one, and that it would be checked by the driver. She never apologized, said it could've been a mistake or anything. She was so sure it was cooked and that I was trying to get over on them. I happily sent it back & I know she's salty about it once she opened that box. I hope she ate some too so her stomach can hurt like mine does now. I wouldn't have had an issue at all if she was understanding and kind, I was going to send the old pizza back regardless just to show that I wasn't lying or trying to get free stuff. I was very nice when I called and all throughout the call while she used a condescending and arrogant tone with me.Do yourself a huge favor and NEVER order from this location. I've been a cook and been around the food service industry plenty times, including during my service in the military. I KNOW when something is undercooked. How DARE she treat me like that when I was nothing but calm and polite! Oh and yes I took pics(: You can clearly see the difference in the raw pizza and the new one I received so I'll let you all be the judge and jury of this.
