We order often. Every time we order pan pizza it's nothing like in the restaurant. It's always flat! Looks like pan pizza deflated, every time!

The lady who attended to us was super wonderful! She demonstrated superior customer service in ways we have not seen in a long time. She made the atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. And, the pizza was delicious!

Called to make an order and a foreign person took my order whom I could barely understand and when I got there to pick up my order they didn't have my order on file at all. So Jessica who was working that day bent over backwards to get our order out and even gave us a discount due to the ordering mistake. Jessica deserves a raise and or put in charge because the manager that day was clueless. We was there may 3rd 2025. Pizza hut needs to fix that ordering process because you shouldn't be talking to a person in Texas if your ordering food in Austintown ohio. They are lucky to have such a good worker like Jessica. Give that lady a raise. They was swamped but she was a solid Rockstar.

Paid $2 for extra pepperoni and got zero extra toppings
Ordered a pizza at tonight 6:01pm received it at 7pm, it was 30 minutes late. The pizza was stone cold and mushy with very little flavor. It's almost as if it was forgotten about and was left sitting on the counter until someone saw it. I had to put it in my oven just to get it Luke warm. Like my goodness I paid $40 for a medium pizza that was only edible after I had to cook kinda defeats the purpose of take out .

Twice now when placing an online order, I’m contacted by DoorDash even though I ordered through pizza huts own website, with DoorDash saying their driver is lost and can’t find my house. So I check their position on the tracker they provide and they’re not even close to any of the roads or ways you get onto my road. I have no idea if they’re even reading the address I provide or telling their drivers but they need to use better directions
Take out for the family. They enjoyed it. Thanks for being what we needed to feed the people waiting.

I think Pizza Hut has the best pizza in town. I hate greasy, oily pizzas and your Pizza Hut on Raccoon Road in Austintown, Ohio, makes the best pizza! It’s never greasy like all these other pizza places in town and it always tastes fresh. Another thing I noticed is our Pizza Hut is so fast with their orders. It never takes as long as they say it’s going to take to get my pizza. It’s usually half the time they suggest it will arrive. And kudos to your employees and drivers! They are always nice, friendly, helpful and professional. They all deserve a raise!

They a joke they make mistakes and won’t make it right or lie about it and blame someone else and then they you call corporate office make a complaint and they say upper management will call you and never do so don’t order from them cause they don’t care about there customers so I would t order from them cause they don’t care about there customer’s at all none of them even corporate office and I am going to stop until I get it made right and they start caring about there customers cause this store don’t care at all and they say customers is always right not with them they only about money that’s it and I was a good customer to but they dogged me like I was just trash so don’t order from them at all wow that’s how they treat there customers like trash and it is a 0 star ⭐️ cause there just a joke and I had to put the 1 star cause you can’t put no stars ⭐️ but they was just straight bad

Just tried to call and place an order. Foreign guy answered and they hung up on me. I tried to get it for pick up. And he kept saying hello hello hello and hung up. Now it's on the way to a different pizza shop.
