Some times it's great, other times not so much. Cinnabon dessert was microwaved (not sure what I was expecting but not microwaved ?) I don't like when only half the pizza has toppings and the butter few inches is just sauce. And I don't like when my bread sticks are only half covered with seasonings. I paid for these toppings and even tho the pizza still tasted great I deserve the correct toppings. And so does everyone else.Fast service and was still super hot when it got to our house

Pizza Hut seems like they took a big hit in 2020 and never recovered.Usually when I order they forget items, it's common that the food is overcooked, if they make an attempt to cut it they never cut the food all the way, just sloppy.Ive also noticed when I choose delivery, if I put only 20%, they do the bare minimum quality for my order, I have to tip higher if I want better quality. I chose to give cash once and that was the worst order I'd received with the food arriving past 15 minutes late, as if they thought they weren't getting tipped?Seriously, what happened to Pizza Hut??

I think the food is great for a weekend snack, but when I am a rewards member and your store won’t except my earned coupons for being a loyal customer! You can go FYS and the people at the store are absolutely rude when I call to ask about this issue, maybe you should put a sign on your door that says no coupons excepted here we are communist racist who won’t honor black peoples coupons!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I ordered a garden salad and the MANAGER hands me a container of shredded lettuce. I asked "what is this?" And she just looked at me so I then say "I ordered a garden salad, where is the garden" so she takes it and makes it right. If the manager worked like this the workers won't be no better because the leader sucks and don't care. Everyone that came to the window smelled like weed maybe that's why they can't get the order right. Close down.

Seems like every time I order from this one, the toppings get further and further away from the edge of the pizza. This one is ridiculous. How hard is it to make a cheese pizza?
