Disappointing. Our table reservation wasn't available. They said they had walk ins ??? We ate at the bar. They came past us and sat a group of 4 that had a reservation after us. I felt we could have been seated at a table for 4. They greeted them, knew them. A while after ordering we were told they didn't have our option for dinner. They offered to give us a better cut of steak. It was the toughest filet mignon we've ever had. You couldn't even cut it let alone chew it. The broccoli rabi was overdone. They didn't charge us for our dinner. They were very nice, kept apologizing. Offered us another option to take home. We declined. We didn't have dinner and paid about $30.00 more for a bottle of wine expecting to have it with dinner.
This is the second time I've eaten there and we were so pleased the first time that we brought 4 other friends with us. Our server Jennifer was great, very friendly and very professional. I will definitely eat there again. It was a great dining experience.
Our server Devin was excellent. We appreciate good service. The devils on horseback were delicious. Each of us ordered different chicken dishes. The portions were significant.
We arrived at 7:00 for our 7:15 reservation. After a 5-minute wait to be acknowledged, we were informed our table would be another 15-20 minutes. We opted to wait at the bar, where we ordered drinks that were mediocre. We ended up waiting 35-40 minutes before being seated. Our table had a paper tablecloth, which felt underwhelming for the restaurant's apparent price point. The olive oil served with the bread lacked any discernible flavor, and there was no salt or parmesan on the table to enhance it. The menu was surprisingly limited. I considered the filet mignon (priced "MP") but was hesitant due to the lack of a listed price and the $100 cowboy steak option. My partner ordered the fried chicken with greens dish. Ultimately, the cumulative experience – the long wait, the underwhelming drinks and bread, the limited menu, and the atmosphere – led us to decide to leave after placing our order. We found the experience extremely disappointing for an expensive Italian restaurant and would not recommend it.
Prima Cucina is a great local restaurant. This was my first time at the new location but I will be back!
Service was very good. Food was good. Noise level was high. They do have desserts but it's not listed on menus.
Amazing chicken cutlets !!! Had ck milanese and tried husbands parmigiana, added side of Brussels(amazeballs) and they made the freshest mojito ive ever had !! Really good bread and seasoned dipping oil, seriously can't wait to go again !! 10/10 dinner
Excellent service from the waiter and very good food

First thoughts are the music is way too loud and not really what you’d expect for fine dining and the decor is not what you’d think for an upscale Italian restaurant. We waited 30 mins for server to come take our drink order, and the restaurant was not crowded at all….not good start.
Dinner arrived warm and delicious (linguini w/clams, mussels and shrimp)
Overall …food very good
Service…room for improvement in this area.
Atmosphere….music was loud and lighting could be slightly softer which is a very simple fix.

A very expected touch of class and appeal to this unassuming appearance from the road. Quality is far above what you expect and flavor is spot on. Price is to be expected yet still affordable. Definitely a place you should visit and enjoy.

In my opinion, the meals were a bit tasteless. The table was right around the corner from the entrance / exit. You get to greet everyone who entered and said goodbye to everyone, leaving.
They use nice tablecloths, but they lay a piece of butchers paper over the top. I would ask, "If you don't want to wash dirty white linen, don't use white linen."
The waiter was nice and knowledgeable. Didn't see him a lot, but I'm sure he was busy. The cost of having dinner for two was a little steep for the experience.

We waited entirely too long for our waiter to come take our drink order. Then we waited so long for our food, that it came out cold! The chicken Parm was mediocre and the Calamari was cold and tough. The worst part was the watery, soupy polenta. Disgusting service for an "upscale" restaurant.

Brought friends from NYC who are true Italophiles. I'll admit I was a little nervous but Prima knocked it out of the park. They left VERY impressed that a restaurant in Ohio could stand tall against the city's finest Italian establishments. Well done. Adam, you were on point.
