Can a restaurant without a functioning website be trusted? I see a recent article about moving to a new location, then about expanding to a new location with the current place undergoing some changes including a name change. Maybe just some weird technical issue, or maybe following the unfortunate trend of only having a presence on Instagram or Facebook? I dunno :)

Stopped here for dinner with a friend on the way back from a road trip. It was a very pleasant surprise. The waiter and hostess were very friendly, the atmosphere was pleasant, and most importantly the food was great. We had the olives and the mussels as an appetizer and the linguini with clams and carbonara for entrees. The carbonara was exceptional, full of flavor but not the usual goopiness you find at many places. Also the tiramisu for dessert was great. Everything was also very reasonably priced, including a decent bottle of wine. Highly recommend!

Amazing anniversary meal at this establishment!! Our waiter Neil, was extremely attentive, detail oriented on the featured dinners, and overall made our anniversary special. Outstanding appetizers and dinners. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed. Ihate leaving a bad review ?The food was the correct temperature and properly cooked. Unremarkable flavor. Neglectful service - we had a reservation. Waited an hour for our food, were never offered more to drink or bread, asked how our food was once it arrived or if we needed anything else. The only thing they did offer was the check. It was really hard to leave a tip but as a former server I did.

Wonderful find while searching for a place that we could make reservations for six people in downtown Youngstown. Reminded me of one of my favorite small Italian restaurants in my hometown but your never know what to expect. But our whole group thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Our waiter Dimitri was awesome and described some of the specials in detail. So we enjoyed some bottles of wine, tried some appetizers to share and then enjoyed different entrees, follwed by some gelato and tiramisu. They gave us a table in just a small side room to the evening was filled with laughter and great ambience and delicious food.
Lovely real Italian food, perfectly presented and still American size portions, we always take some home!#1, if you haven't been there yet, you are really missing out!

It was Amazing. If you like to take your time dinning (like my husband and I do) you will love this place. This IS NOT a place where your appetizers,salads,and main course comes to you all at once. This is an opportunity for you to really enjoy every course that comes out from the kitchen. This experience will take about an hour and a half to 2hrs.... (If you order appetizers, salads,dinner,and dessert). Wait staff was very knowledgeable...if you're unsure what to order ask them ...i did and everything he recommended was divine. Definitely worth every moment.

Our server, Nicolo, was fantastic! They are accommodating and knowledgeable about gluten free needs. The menu is fantastic. The food is outstanding. We moved to Ohio from NJ a few years ago. Prima is by far the best dining experience we have had since we moved here. We love it!! I feel it's the best restaurant in every aspect in Youngstown and the entire area.

Our waitress was fantastic. I am sorry forgot her name but she was blond and was so friendly. The food was delicious! We had the halibut and the bone in pork chop Milanese. With greens. All we can say is absolutely excellent. So me and my besties had a wonderful experience, thank you!
First time experience and will Definitely be coming back soon. Neil's service was amazing and the food is fantastic! We tried salad, eggplant parmigiana and haddock. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
