The very 1st time I went in there shortly after it opened was not a good experience. The reached out and addressed my concerns and I have been going back ever since. Very friendly staff and very good food. Also great happy hour specials

We love primanti’s bro! Brought my son from MN, he had to have his sandwich! Melissa did a great job filling drinks making sure we had “our” plate of fries for appetizer! The kids meal is awesome with good fish 1st. Clean restrooms ❤️

I'm not sure what happened. We moved from Boardman in 2020. We used to come here monthly. Well, we drove to see a movie at Cinemark and wanted to meet our kids and have dinner afterwards. I called 3 weeks ago and placed a reservation for 7 because it's Sunday during football season. I wanted to make sure we had a spot and they were expecting us. When we arrived, they had no idea we were coming. They sat us in the way back away from pretty much the whole restaurant. The entire experience was subpar. Trinity our server, seemed bothered. She didn't address us very well and tried to rush us to order. The salt and pepper shakers had visible crusty fingerprints and hadnt been wiped in who knows how long! Same as the parmesan and crushed red pepper shakers. The sandwiches came out with bare minimum meat. That used to be Primantis selling point. They also weren't toasted and she didnt ask if we wanted them that way. The wings had barely any lemon pepper and I dont care how much you advertise never frozen wings, you could taste the almost freezer burned flavor. We also only got 2 flats and the rest were drums. The server didnt check back after food was dropped till we were done eating. I felt we weren't really wanted. I'm not sure if she had just been phased and then got us or what. Cleanliness needs work. Service needs work. Food needs work. I'm not sure when we will be back seeing as we don't live in the area but it wont be a go to spot when we visit.

Stephanie was Great and the food was Primanti Bros.

Staff was very nice but if I wanted dogfood I would walk over to petsmart.
Steak sandwich was watered down and under seasoned. I didn't finish it.

Margherita with top shelf liquor was sour and watered down. Rim was not salted which is a new one for me but with battery acid I consumed they mightve had a point.

I really liked the atmosphere and waiter, so it was whiplash when the good came out.

Food was cold, under-seasoned, and the half-off drink was overpriced even for being half-off (sour and not salted or mixed at all).

Unfortunate given how many good things I’ve heard about it and how famous it is in Pittsburgh, but sincerely, I’d avoid it if you can.

Can get a better sandwich at Subway 🥲

Boardman Ohio's Primanti Bros. is the best by far! The service, staff, and food is impeccable! I could keep going on. My family frequents this location every Friday for years; and years to come.
