Just realized that this was blocked out for 3 years.
I ordered doordash with an expensive order of $52 and when I got my chicken wings me and my family noticed that it tasted funny. We cut it open and pulled it apart to find out that it’s raw, wasn’t cooked fully on the inside. Food was all cold. Lady on the phone lied and didn’t know what she was talking about, she told me they close at 9 pm and I was on my way to your disgusting food place and y’all are closed at 4. I am disappointed, that was my first time ordering from rally’s in years and now I realize why I stopped eating there because it’s gross, undercooked chicken, terrible customer service and a waste of money. I will not be back!

Come here to pick up several orders at several different times during the day and you got workers who are cocky and nasty and then the food is never ready and you have to wait here 10 minutes or more to get your food again I understand like other people say if you're short staffed but when it's ordered online, they get it before you do and then I gotta wait to deliver it to people that I'm picking it up for because it's never ready, and they stand in there and talk to each other and goof around when they should be working making orders

They changed the chicken patties… I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo, but I’m pretty sure they gave me a regular chicken sandwich. There was no spice, and it was way bigger than usual. Something feels fishy about all meat right now. All in all, it was fresh, but customer service was lacking—I’d honestly prefer my $7 back ☺️😆 last visit…. I’m over fast food

Oh my goodness where do I start?! First, when I pulled up to the drive thru I was greeted by a beautiful lady by the name of Kristy. She was very punctual and informative with all the deals and specials Rally’s had to offer. She made ordering a breeze and made my excitement to eat Rally’s that much more amazing! Once I made it to the drive thru window, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Mathew. He seemed to be the manger but if he wasn’t he should be. I’d even go as far as saying he should own his own Rally’s or receive a substantial raise!! Mathew was very professional and well spoken while making sure my visit to this Rally’s was suffice and smooth. Between Kristy, Mathew and the cleanliness/appearance of the Rally’s establishment alone, I will most definitely be coming back to Rally’s on Belmont in the future!
