This place realistically should have 4.5 stars on google, the reason it's only 3.7(right now) is because many or most people tend to only leave reviews on fast food places whenever they have an issue with their order.

My wife ordered a double spicy chicken with cheese and only pickle. It came out with everything, whatever. Took it up and notified her of the mistake and she said she would remake it. A new sandwich comes out and it is a single plain burger. My head almost exploded! I remained relatively calm until it was fixed. My food was no longer warm when I got to eat. Disappointing ?

They make the burgers fresh EVERY TIME. beware that there will be a WAIT. The food is pretty good most of the time. I would recommend burgers over chicken, each time I’ve gotten chicken it’s dry.
Went thru the drive thru and order a large strawberry pop and mozz sticks and received a fry, I mean it’s really not difficult

Rally’s is good but this is by far the worst location I’ve been too. I live out of town we don’t have rally’s where I’m from but the food is completely mid and the customer service here sucks. Maybe get some new employees that know how to great people and change the Grease. Fry’s tasted like they Marinated in 3 week old oil.??
