Me and my girl love Rally's you guys is food taste so good your fries all your burgers we just love your food we're over here in Youngstown Ohio actually closer to struthers and you guys are on Belmont which is 15 minutes away and we'll travel all the way over there before we'll go to any McDonald's any Burger King any Arby's will come to Rally's we really like your food a lot we wish you would build one over here somewhere closer to us so I don't have anything bad to say about Rally's I love Rally's just build one closer over here please

The burger didn't taste like what I remembered. The fish sandwich was OK. IT needed more tartar sauce. The milkshake was out of this world !!! The customer service was Fantastic. We had to wait for the fish sandwich and the to lady was Very Nice! She was Very kind and pleasant. Not sure if I will go back. Like I said, The Burger didn't taste like I remembered. I was really looking forward to the burger!!!

This place actively abuses their employees and makes them go through so much to get so little. Was there Christmas day they had minimal staffing for the busiest day of the year for them and they were over 50 orders out… there is no excuse for that. I encourage them to treat their employees better before the community recognizes that and abandons the store

I had met a young man named Carnell whom is a charm and a pure asset to this company. I came to this store to try their food as generally I do not eat out let alone what people consider a greasy spoon. I went with the sole intention of spending 5$ on one of the bundles they have as a deal now and when I left I had spent 23$ due to his amazing attitude and kindness, he is very knowledgeable of every item on the menu and takes real honest to God care about his customers. Not just fake yea I got you I understand. I mean real care I told him my teeth were not so good he told me about his and how he understood and made me for the first time in 15 years I was able to.eat a mozzarella stick because after he cooked it he brought it to the window.and asked is it soft enough if not he'd remake it. I mean real kindness no one does that these days ? he deserves more than a few words of kindness and honesty here I hope someone important reads this and can steal him away and give him.a raise his own store as in he is the owner or maybe a better paying job because I believe he would be an asset to any company. He even made some recommendations eg amazing salesmanship that were right up my ally as far as tastes to try along with my oeiginal.order. everyone whom reads this pls give him praise I know he is the manager but seriously he deserves it. I even called corporate to compliment him and I hope they do something soon for him.Thanks for listening
