Had an amazing waitress Britt-Britt 💕💕 I love the new manager in training as well, she's a whole vibe! The food was really good too, of course it seems as though the garlic butter sauce has changed it's a little too lemony and I think those are reconstituted onions and opposed to garlic. But it was still pretty fun! They definitely kept that salty delicious garlicky bread coming just like we asked and for that I am grateful. I would go back every weekend if I could thanks Britt!! đŸ„°

I will not be going back to this location, until I forget how bad it was. Went on a Thursday got there at 5pm. It took 20 minutes just to get our drink order in. Another 10 minutes to get those drinks. The place was not packed and they had enough servers. The first batch of biscuits were cold. I ordered the crab carbonara...tastes off...too salty. Server took too long to come around & check....so letting him know the problem to reorder something wasn't an option. So disappointed!!

Table of 10. 2 servers, did not know what they were doing. I could write a book on the issues we had. Long story short, manager has been there 2 weeks, orders messed up multiple times. They didn't know what drinks they had, took alcoholic drinks and then got them to us as non-alcoholic. Drinks were terribly made across the table, took 20 minutes for most of us to get our drinks, one took 45 minutes. The food order got lost somewhere and no one thought to check on it. Once food came over, they didn't know where any of it went, then took half an hr to split the tables bill in two. They messed it up by writing our bill up 5 times. The manager is just telling their people to just get it done instead of helping them. He made clearly bull crap excuses for his team. Listen I'd rather have genuine honesty no matter how it may sound rather than you lie about it.... Instead of helping us get on our way, when my husband very kindly expressed that we need to get this done as our kids are upset in the car ( close to bedtime) he just kept interrupting my husband instead of
listening to concerns or just fixing the bill... The crazy part is they had only 10 other tables, they were fully staffed...

The Crab Boil is back! As well as a wonderful 🩀 crab mix with mashed potatoes đŸ„” with lobster 🩞 toppings. We also tried the stuffed shrimp đŸ€ appetizer along with a cup of the lobster bisque. The most amazing dinner I've had in a while. It was a chance to catch up with an old friend in Canfield, Ohio... and it was the perfect place to celebrate a friendship!!

Don’t waste your time and money. Was excited to try the crab fest that’s been all over TikTok. The building is cold and dark. Hostess had no idea what she was doing. Waitress had no idea what she was doing. Out of snow crab. Unable to substitute for the other type for my order. Waitress barely checked in so could not let her know how cold the food was or that we were missing sides. Huge waste of $100.

that’s the worst place when it comes to online orders, every time I came here they would make me wait for at least 20 mins and every time they got an excuse! it’s just horrible service and the manager should have improved it!

Waitress was new, but nice. Very unfamiliar with menu & items. Gave food with alcohol in it, after saying it wasn’t cooked with it. Restaurant was dirty, and bathroom disgusting. Chowder was all broth no potatoes or meat. Linguini was salty and shrimp looked raw.. hip hop music was very loud, definitely not dinner music for customers in their 80’s. Just shameful
Very disappointed in visit. Will go to Sharon from here on out.

I love love red lobster but today was a fail. No crab legs no old bay. Drinks never came so we left.

We waited over an hour for our food, which was very mediocre and the crab legs were over steamed. Our server was good but after waiting that long the manager only took off a quarter of our bill. We wasted our whole evening there

Me, my husband and son ate here on March 15, 2024. The first issue I had, the waitress asked me if I wanted a flight when I was ordering a drink. I specified which one I wanted and she said OK. She bring back three drinks. I I asked why three drinks and she says that’s what a flight was. If it’s one person ordering drinks, are you gonna give them three, at once? Think about that? Then when the food comes out, I get the ultimate feast. I ask if she can put Cajun seasoning on the crab she literally tells me no they’re just gonna be come steam the way they are. The steak was supposed to be well done. They literally give it to me raw. The steak was sent back, which was fine because I started on the crab legs. However, these crab legs literally had no meat in them. After going through half of them and getting the meat out of them, I asked the girl to get rid of those crab legs and switch them out with just a thing of shrimp instead. She agreed And bring back a thing of shrimp, instead. I haven’t eaten one bite of food and my son needs to use the restroom so we go. When I get back from the restroom, the waitress proceeds to inform me that she was going to take the second helping of shrimp off the bill. I said what are you talking about? I don’t have a second helping of anything. I said those shrimp were supposed to be a switch out for the crab legs, which literally had nothing in them. She was acting like she was doing me a favor by not charging me for the second helping of scampi, which again was only a replacement for the bad crab legs. By the Time for steak comes out all the rest of the food is now cold. I asked the girl three times in a row to bring me a box. I have to get up and get one myself. Along with a bag. She was very unprofessional and not explaining the drinks then the steak is bad. Then., The crab legs are bad. Then she acts like she’s doing me a favor by not charging me for shrimp. It’s literally a $45 plate of food. Not to mention, one of their side cost me an additional three dollars because it was asparagus. The asparagus look like string beans. She said several times in a row that she was gonna get a manager every time there was an issue and I literally kept giving her chances saying no it wasn’t necessary because I wasn’t there trying to get free food that wasn’t the point. I wouldn’t go out to eat if I couldn’t afford to, to begin with. But it was too many issues at once. She also put the serving tray down on one of the wooden holders and left it there our entire meal. I asked her two times to move it until we had to get out of the booth in order to use the restroom And that’s when she actually moved it. She brings back the manager, and I explained to him the issues that I’m having and all he literally does is say OK well, we’re gonna take it off the bill. OK, that’s not the point. It disgust me that these individuals are gonna go home and make a social media post about how Karen came in tonight rather than actually take to heart the issues that they were having and actually change and be a better server and learn from your mistakes. That is probably what chaps me the absolute most. And, these waitresses expect 20%
 For what? She didn’t refill our drinks, not one time. Didn’t offer to go boxes or drinks, at all. We had four biscuits that came out with the initial meal and that was it. She never came to refill or give us any. We have to ask for extra napkins. Extra plates. Asking her to move the tray out of the way because she wants to leave it there in order to talk to two dudes, literally about social media rather than actually focus on her job. Of course, we tipped her because my husband was the one paying. If it were me, she would not have gotten a dime. My son got the coconut shrimp. He literally didn’t eat not one of them. The grease said it was cooked. It was so old and nasty that the coconut shrimp came out almost as dark as the individuals who work there. Ridiculous establishment. The quality of the food was horrible. The service was horrible. The atmosphere was loud and noisy and dirty.

SO DISAPPOINTING!!! The food was absolutely the worst, ordered 1 Admirals Feast and "loaded" baked potatoes and Rice (MIA); 2 shrimp (combo of 3) plates, and Walts famous shrimp were the smallest I'd ever seen, the coconut shrimp was cooked in rancid oil because the flavor was inedible! -SEE PICTURES! The service was horrible after the hour wait to get our food she never returned. Other tables that came in after were already eating theirs before ours even arrived at the table. Red Lobster Headquarters, your franchises have become unpaletible and less than mediocre!!! WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!
