I am a regular and remember being there when a group kept asking for extra sauces. I am assuming this was Lauren Gordon who left a nasty review. The service is always a 10/10 no matter who is working there. The only times the kind workers “catch an attitude” is if you are incompetent or rude first. I remember this group sending someone up and being rude to the two employees who were up there and demanding more things. Rise Pies employees are the nicest people ever by far the best service. If you or your party don’t show them basic human decency then you have no right to write a false review. The food is fresh and delicious and the workers are extremely kind and talkative. Just do not be rude to them first, like Lauren Gordon’s party was.

This was my first time here. The food was great, and the place was nice. The workers were EXTREMELY rude. We asked for a side of ranch and wasn’t given any. We asked and she gave us an attitude and gave our group 2. We also already ordered buffalo and she proceeded to not give us any. When we went up for the 2nd time she rudely asked “will you need anything else since you’ve been up here twice already”. Unfortunately the service is not worth the food. We were with a group of 6 of us, we’ve all decided that the service was so bad that we wouldn’t go back. The food though is amazing! Blonde cashier.

Wanted to try this place and disappointed! The food was just ok, nothing really stood out. Staff were friendly. Serving size was ok, did expect more toppings instead they were quite frugal with their servings. The price was a bit high for what you get. All in all not a place I would return to. My son and I try to visit a different place every week and unfortunately this doesn’t make the list.

This is the East coast, eastern Midwest version of MOD Pizza. They serve made to order personal pizzas. You get exactly what you want on your pizza, and yes, they do have pineapple. Excellent pizza at a good price, ready in under 5 minutes. The only thing they could improve would be to add a little garlic to their sauce! My wife and I will definable be going back (regularly).
I bring my grand kids to this establishment "often". when we first started coming, before the prices were raised, they didn't "skimp" on the cheese. Everyone's prices have gone up and that is acceptable. But they barely put ANY cheese on the pizza, so if you want more you have to pay 1.00 for extra cheese, and that's still hoping u get some. They have a "TINY" measuring cup for the cheese...come on folks this is pizza for god's sake. Overall we love the pizza, but lets get real on this initial cheese on the pizza...not very acceptable.

Food is good but the employees all standing around talking to each other instead of being attentive and helping the customers is pretty frustrating, has happened twice in a few weeks period. Not how I would operate but whatever
