There tuna sub is the best! Vegetable toppings are fresh and the oil and vinegar dressing tastes great. The side of fries was more than enough for 2 people, just order one! Will definitely go back again soon!

SCORE OF 1. I'm HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. NORMALLY IM SATISFIED WITH SANDWICH FACTORY BUT I HAVE HAD IT. I UNDERSTAND when some place have good days and bad days. But these last 3 times I went were insulting for me. The first time my mother fiance and I went to get sandwiches. When we got home my mother's sandwich was burnt on the inside and was not edible. They refuse to resolve the matter that was 2 months ago. Then my fiance and I went back and ordered a second time to have lunch for work ( we live here locally but work in p.a. and wouldn't u know it when lunchtime came for us at work we were disappointed because they left stuff off the sandwiches. How do u unintentionally forget turkey on a turkey on a turkey sub. I didn't ask for a veggie sub.. and now I just got home after midnight from losing a 5month old loved one to health crisis and once again after my fiance and I got food from them again before they closed today June 30-23. They jack up my order and fail to put meat on it that we paid for. Money don't grow on trees so y'all now rank as a low 1 from me as the worst it's insulting.

I figured I would drive out to Poland to get one of my favorite sandwiches. Since Boardman and Austintown have not got my order correct the last 3x. Poland added to the disappointment.
