My husband went in to order dinner for myself and our kiddos after working a 12hr shift. Brought home the food after waiting almost 40 minutes for two sandwiches and fries. He waited a good 15-20 minutes until he was told the workers shut the fryers off and it would be an additional wait time. He said never mind about the fries and walked out. Here I am, trying to eat a sandwich that was made completely wrong (mayo instead of oil and vinegar??) just to take a bite and find a long blonde hair inside of my sandwich. No receipt was provided for a refund. Absolutely disgusted to the point I threw up. Sandwich factory has gone to complete garbage. Don’t support this business.

You close at 7:30 pm. For the second time in 2 weeks we called at 7 on 11/19 to order 2 cold sandwiches.we live down the street on Norquest! We were told that you would be unable to fill the order?!?! Why?

Website says closes at 8p. Door says closes at 730p only phone orders up til 7p. Called at 650p letting it ring for minutes before giving up. Multiple employees inside looking bored..used to be a go to for us but subway at least opens their door for customers.

this place most definitly has some of the best subs in the area! in my experience, it has always been clean and the staff are relatively friendly. food can take up to ten minutes, but its worth the wait.

What a joke of night time staff. All of them were rude. I went in 10 minutes to close and ordered a giant and a half of turkey and cheese. Both super easy to make so I could be out before they closed. They totally screwed up both. I asked for mayo, lettuce and pickles. I got vinegar, oil, onion and lettuce. I'm allergic to onion so I had to throw my while giant away. They didn't listen about any of the topping on the half either. They rushed us out and didn't listen to a word I said. They were to lazy to even cut the sub. I will be contacting management in the morning. I'm out $18 over shitty staff

I ordered 2 subs. Both of them when I got home had nothing on them. I ordered the all cheese it only came with cheese and bread. The super sub was the other it also came with only meat. Nothing else. The staff working was very nice. When I got home and called they said someone else would have to call me the next day. Apparently that is there new policy. I also ordered sides total bill was 55.00. We didn’t eat the sandwich’s waste of money. And the sides were okay but not as good without the sandwich’s. I still have yet to hear from anyone. This is from the Austintown location. The store said I could bring them back. But they were closing in 10 minutes and I couldn’t make it back. I waited 45 minutes for my food and it was literally a waste of 55.00

Sooo, I got a half sub…when handed the bag, my first thought was, dang this bag has weight for a half…lol…that’s why this post gets a 3…definitely get your money’s worth far as quantity…but they definitely lack on quality…no frills on this sandwich at all…mad i didn’t take s pic but i was starving…i mean, i make a better sandwich at home…AND there was way too much vinegar!!! I literally took a bite when i got in the car and my bread was already soggy…

I would absolutely love to give this place 5 stars. I used to come here all the time years ago, when im back in town I try to visit all my favs. This time it was absolutely a train wreck and has gone down hill every time I come into town. Not sure if its young employees that dont understand how to work in face pace, or lack of guidance, too many chiefs not enough indians kind of issue, called in an order giant #4, fried cheese with sauce to take to family's house. Said 20 minutes, got there paid waited an additional 30 minutes for them to have given it to someone else. I'd probably still be waiting today if I didn't ask for refund as I was already 20 minutes late for them to realize it.. Needless to say huge disappointment.

Best sandwiches! A number 7 with Swiss cheese, add mayo, tomatoes & banana peppers plus extra vinegar... you won't be dissapointed!!
