This place used to be alright , ordered our usual food for dinner for the family. And it was not the usual Chicken tender sub is supposed to come with lettuce,mayo tomatoe. Well only got bread and tenders nothing else.

I haven't gone to this location yet(thats why i put intermediate rating)…I recently went to the boardman location and the bun was stale and a bottled pop was $3.50…so this time im gonna go give this location a try(hopefully the bread is fresh)and im gonna get a $1.39 mcdonalds pop around the corner…. if the owner is reading this id hope you would tell the boardman location they are slipping…..i will do a follow up review on the Austintown location after i try it.

Filthy dirty kitchen! Use dirty soapy rags on slicer! The 2 managers especially the black one is lazy she told me herself she don't even clean her house& the other mean at first but thought coming around until she contradicted me & I just cant be in that hectic atmosphere! I wonder if people ever get sick from eating here with how filthy dirty it is ewww!!!! I would highly suggest staying clear of this place👍👍👍

Was told that there fish sandwich was vary good . Decided to get it for me and my wife it was the worst sandwich we ever had .we will never get it again

Haven't been there in years. So happy I was able to stop on my way back home. It was exactly as I remember. 🥰
Stopped in for a take out order of 2 sandwiches, a fry and an order of onion rings. I waited 25 minutes for my order and 4 people who ordered after me received their orders before me while I watched my 2 sandwiches sit under the heat lamps and my frys and onion rings sat on a cold stainless steel counter next to a sink for over 10 minutes. When my order was finally bagged and I was called I asked the counter person if the frys and rings were still hot and she told me absolutely. Which was not true they were ice cold after the 5 minutes ride home. Oh and the order of onion rings that was $4.75 consisted of 4 onion rings. This place is seriously mis-managed.

Definitely not educated or aware of the laws regarding the disabled. We are in from out of town and regularly frequent anywhere we choose with my partners service animal. Upon entering we were yelled at that the dog isn’t welcomed even to simply put a take out order then return to the car. The staff didn’t even bother to try and read my documentation that the dog is lawfully allowed anywhere. Very disappointed and I hope the young lady with the braids is educated on this sooner than later.

Food tasted good so 2 stars otherwise 1 star for value. $4.50 for onion rings and got 4 small rings. Also reuben was more bread then toppings. These 2 things took 10 minutes when I was the only person. Also noticed my total was more because I used a debit card instead of cash. Won't be back.
