Update 2025: Stopped in for a sandwich today. I was waiting patiently for someone to come to the counter when another customer came in. She walked to the other side of me and looked at the menu. When the kid came up to the counter, she quickly stepped up, ignoring the fact that I had already been waiting to order. When I tried to tell her I had been there first, she rudely gave her order instead of letting someone else go before her. One of the other employees quickly noticed and came around to wait on me at the other register. And once I received my food, the other employee apologized. I appreciated it, although I told him it was not him that was rude but the lady. I love the food here and the service is pretty good too!! Thank you for apologizing for something that was not your fault!!
When I was little, there was a sandwich factory in Warren that my mom always took me to. Then it closed (and now little wings is there, so it’s ok). When I found this one in Austintown, I was so excited and they lived up to my memories! The bread is amazing and when you add the vinegar, I melt. I’m almost drooling just thinking about their subs! I try and stop every time I go to Austintown now! Thanks for keeping a littles girls memories alive!

For those of you who saw Pennsylvania Pencil’s one star review, and pictures of a dirty mop closet( because hey! They actually clean!) Let Me SHOW YOU what Sandwich Factory looks like… Behind the counter. Take a look: Looks pretty good to me! Mop closets are dirt, at any restaurant. Show me a clean mop closet and I will show you a dirty kitchen.

Took a really long time, put onions on my sandwich even tho I asked for no onions :(
I ordered a meatball sandwich and was told it’d be ready in 10–15 minutes. I arrived on time, paid, and waited another 20 minutes while the employee made my sandwich at a snail’s pace. At the 30-minute mark, I asked for a refund. The “manager” refused, saying she wasn’t giving up “$50 worth of food”—my order was $14.
She got argumentative, verbally abusive and even tried to hand me someone else’s food. When she realized my sandwich had been sitting in the back the whole time, she said nothing—not even an apology.
I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. My mom owned Westgate Pizza and Romeo’s Pizza. This is not how you run a small business and how you treat your customers. This place has gone way downhill. I won’t be back—and if you haven’t ordered from here in a while, you might want to think twice.

I love this place although I had not been there in about 40 years. Is very nostalgic to come back here and the food was always is good. The guy that waited on me must have been tired that day cuz he just seem to be in the mood. Not being there in so long I like to ask questions. However the staff in the background were all working. And it was really nice to hear another person ask another employee do you need help. That is so great to see that they were all hustling. Can't wait to go back and try more sandwiches.

This place used to be alright , ordered our usual food for dinner for the family. And it was not the usual Chicken tender sub is supposed to come with lettuce,mayo tomatoe. Well only got bread and tenders nothing else.
