The sandwiches that I had ordered were good my total bill was 31.98. Which was fine, but when I got home I looked at the receipt, and they charged me $8 for a tip!!!!. UNBELIEVABLE. I WILL NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

Always great!!! The #7 never a disappointment. They didn't have the Tuna this visit, but you must try it when they do. Best around! ?

I have been going to the Factory since they opened in Austin town. Used to get the meatbal with provolone. They have changed that sandwich. Used to be thick slices of meatballs, I think their bread/buns are so fresh. A lot more meat & cheese than "other" sub shops. Boardman S Factory is the best. Just went today for a 1/2 of #5 and 1/2 of #16 Italian.

Ordered a giant hot sausage with everything and provolone cheese which was $2 extra, got home and no cheese and the sandwich was so sloppy and the bread was falling apart. Tried to eat half and I literally got sick from it. I got a fried cheese and was supposed to have sauce on it and it literally had maybe a tablespoon of sauce and it was very dry and looked like a big chunk was missing from the cheese. Then I looked at the receipt and they charged me $5.28 for a tip which I didn't want. For those two items I paid almost $26 which I feel is ridiculous especially when I couldn't even eat it. I will never go back there again. Used to go to Poland all the time and everything was so good so I figured I would try Boardman again and never again. I saw 5 star reviews and I don't think they were real. Buyer beware. Wouldn't even give it to my dogs it went straight in the trash. What a waste of money for us!!!! ?. Just wanted to say I never have wrote a bad review before and with times like they are I feel bad but I can't afford to waste money and I am sure nobody else can either so I just wanted to share and let everyone know.

We purchased a few whole subs today & the bread was awful… not fresh, crumbly & falling apart like it had been frozen. Sandwiches did not have much flavor at all. Your bread has always been a key part of a good sub, very disappointed the quality went downhill
