,Whoever was working that day I ordered three mushrooms and I usually don't have any complaints but they were cold and some were very cold in the middle, not cooked enough

I have been going to the Factory since they opened in Austin town. Used to get the meatbal with provolone. They have changed that sandwich. Used to be thick slices of meatballs, I think their bread/buns are so fresh. A lot more meat & cheese than "other" sub shops. Boardman S Factory is the best. Just went today for a 1/2 of #5 and 1/2 of #16 Italian.
