LL I usually eat at this place at least twice a week. I went today after some time and they don't have the same staff. It was a total disappointment with the service. Wow!

I had a very upsetting experience here. The online promotion was not working, and instead of helping or providing contact information for someone above him, Branden, the manager, called mall security on me even though there was no yelling, unprofessionalism, threats or anything like that- which would be reasons to call security. Another employee then yelled at me across the counter. This all happened in front of my disabled daughter, who became fearful since leaving the mall. Even mall security said there was no reason to be called and told them the same thing. This location handled a simple situation in a hostile and unprofessional way. I will not return.

Food was cold in the middle potatoes was hard pasta salad bland no flavor at all the employees were on there phones also did not see nobody wash there hands over heard the lady with all the color hair complaining about other employees just horrible service never will I go back sorry guys but there are a few nice girls that work here

Sbarro Pizza is located in the Food Court at Southern Park Mall. We called for a carry out order. The staff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant was clean. Our order was ready when promised. The pizzas were fresh, hot and delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely will go back. It's worth the drive.

It looks delicious but the 2 girls working there didn’t care about the flies flying around the food and landing on it the entire time we were in line. They didn’t chase them away and acted like they weren’t there.
