Super excited when I came across this as I LOVE Starbucks at home. The signature espresso martini was excellent that we had. So much so we were keen for another. We were having a great time until we had to try and order another drink which in itself took a while but when we eventually ordered our drinks took so long we gave up and decided to go to another bar. Needed more servers as we would have stayed and ordered more
This is a big Starbucks, tables in two floors. Coffee was as good as you would expect but only Blueberries left to go with it. The floor below the entry level is completely underground without windows making it less appealing.
This Starbucks was right down the street from my hotel. I went to it several times during my five day stay in NYC. Everything in NYC is busy and crowded and it is what it is. The staff were very courteous and I received my order as requested in an acceptable timeframe. It lost two stars due to the nastiness of the restrooms. This just wasn't just a bad day. I used the rest room several times and the same HOT piss smell was bad enough to make your eyes water. I understand...
