Rich Bronson no. Their food is gross. They start with thick mini ground patties and literally flatten them until they are as thin as a pancake. Now They are completely self service. You order your food on a portal thing and then you have to scan a receipt to get your drink and they give u 20 seconds to start filling or you have to scan it again and start over. If you lose your receipt and dont get your food or milkshake they wont make it for you. And when you go its just dirty and gross and the workers are so lazy. I ordered a cookie dough milk shake IT TASTED LIKE MILK with teeny tiny chocolate chips in it. No cookie dough. The cookie dough eas on top but not inside. Worst experience I WILL NEVER go back. The place was packed and everyone was literally on top of each other. It was just not good AT ALL. Half of the menu was removed like why are they even still open?

First time having steak n shake in years. I was honestly expecting it to be okay but everything was hot and fresh! Fries were hot & salty and my hot dog was great. It's not those cheap hot dogs either.

This place was great. Everyone was fast and the food was excellent and people are nice so it truly is 5 stars worthy!!
While we were eating, there were at least three employees that asked how the food was and if there's anything they could get us. Even, my Aunt was asking me if they have mayonnaise and a person was already up getting it. Excellent service!

Had one of the rudest people working the drive thru tonight middle aged man. I rarely ever post reviews about places but I actually have to post this one. I Asked a simple question and employee gave the smartest answer I was actually in shock. I couldn’t believe how the employee responded my wife was in shock as well. Can’t believe they treat customers like that I get it’s not a 5 star restaurant but at least be respectful.
