disappointed to go through the drive-through and order a kids meal for my five-year-old. We ate in the parking lot and decided to go in and use the restroom where I attempted to refill her drink.... But because I didn't have a QR code because I had went through the drive-through, I couldn't get a refill. The employee looked at me like I was from Mars. Ended up just leaving. The burger was not very well done e& my daughter did not eat it. It was a waste of six dollars

. I wasn’t about to come back AnyWho I had my ice cream first then I had my food. My sandwich was very salty. Remind you. I haven’t been there in a very long time. Just was thinking I’d give y’all some business, but I will not be back. Thanks for that. Me and my grandchild. Yes, we prayed over it before we had it, it just made me very uncomfortable. When you are working at a fast food place or anywhere else you serve them with the upmost respect as you will want them to do for you goodbye

Food was overly salty.and our onion rings were cold. It took 20 minutes for a milkshake then I was scolded by the greeter because I grabbed the wrong cup to take my milkshake home in...... Ma'am I wasn't trained on proper procedures here I'm just a customer! Lol

Being new to the area, I haven't had the opportunity to visit this establishment in quite a while. I went for dinner and had the bacon BBQ burger with onion rings and a shake. The burger was really good and I believe it was made with fresh, not frozen, hamburger as it had an excellent flavor. The fried onions on top were crispy as well as the bacon. Overall, a very good burger for the price. The onion rings were also very good and the medium order was about right. The rings were made with whole onions, not the lousy minced onions that some chains use. The shake was also very good and topped off the meal. Very thick and hard to drink through a straw, so make sure to grab a spoon. The whole order was about $13, very reasonable as the food quality was better than some sit down restaurants I have been to. To place an order and pay requires using a kiosk which is intuitive. I was approached by a staff member and told to ask if I needed assistance, which I did not. The only complaint was being asked if I wanted to tip. I placed the order myself, went and picked up my order, disposed of the wrapper and returned the tray myself. What service provided required a tip? Maybe they should tip me for doing all the services. Other than that gripe, it was a good fast food experience, much better than the average burger place. Will definitely return!

i’m so pissed. we had a group coming and they told us we had to eat with take out. this is insane and they lost a bunch of business. they clearly didn’t want to do the work. so i will never be coming back there.
