Terrible service. Horrible food. Used to come here all the time and the food was never like it was last night. No meat in crab legs and waited forever for drinks when the place was dead on a Friday night. Never coming back.

I’m not one to leave reviews but the service here was AWFUL. Our server got our drinks and order and never came back to see us. Waited an HOUR before i called for a manager because we didn’t realize at first until we were done talking. come to find out the server never put in our order, shrugged it off blamed it on it being busy. MIND YOU we were one of the first couples in there and saw our server go over to other tables multiple times. needless to say, the young manager said sorry asked us to wait another 15 mins and that was it. truly absurd. will never go back or recommend. i’ve been a server & worked in places like this before - i get things happen. but to not even accommodate us or really even apologize was bizarre. no way to run a place.

Great meal. We all had a combo #4 and it was amazing. Our server was absolutely great.
My draft beer did not taste right it was off maybe the lines need cleaned or a dirty glass.

Food was fair at this price point. Service was adequate although the bills were mixed up, 2 couples separate bills. Surprisingly empty for dinner on a Saturday night. A big issue was the place was dirty. Bathrooms were more suited to an outdoor porta potty. Absolutely disgusting. We won’t be going back.

It's sad that im writing this but here goes been there many of times the lady and I would go ones a year there since we started dating yesterday we went the service sucked the server would rather play on there phone at the bar then care about getting us are order. Didn't have any issues returning are fried oysters they were disgusting but the issue i am having now is I'm throwing up all my food and can't get off the toilet I will never be going again and I'm for sure calling the health inspector 10/10 will never recommend to anyone!!! sad to see a great business fall
First time boiler, was pleasant surprise. Crablegs were good. Delivered hot to the table. Potatos and corn were very good as well. Costs are at market price so can very. Lots of choice on presentation, variety of flavors and spice. I shall return....

If you liked Joe's Crab Shack, you'll love Storming Crab. In fact, I feel like the crab is even better here than it ever was at Joe's. They really offer you such a wide variety of tastes and sauces to flavor it any way you prefer. Try the Cajun Sauce, the most popular flavor by far. All in all a great crab restaurant, especially for landlocked Ohio!
