Stood here for 5 mins with no service. The other woman waiting walked out as well. Mind you a worker was sitting at the table just looking at us. Watched your business lose business.
Just in there a few minutes ago and had one of the rudest employees I’ve dealt with. I don’t enjoy working with the public, but I have never spoken to someone the way this girl did. On top of that, she was complaining to customers ,that she clearly knew, about not being able to get anything done. I understand being busy, but she was playing on her phone half the time. I don’t normally post reviews, but after receiving an attitude and my food shoved at me, I had to. If you’re going to work a customer service job, at least pretend to be nice to people.

I placed an online order at 6:29 PM went to Walmart. Did my shopping by the time I was done. It was 7:01pm when I walked in. They immediately had an attitude and told me my food wasn’t ready. There was a blonde haired girl who got incredibly rude and disrespectful that works there. Overall it took 42 minutes. I would give negative 20 stars if I could.
I will be contacting the store manager, regional manager and anyone else that I need to in order to have this issue addressed. I ended up waiting 42 minutes for one foot long sub and a salad. The way I was treated was horrible. The one employee with dark hair placed my order in the counter rather hard and didn’t even place the items in a bag for me.
After the way I was treated, they made fun of me taking photos of my food. I didn’t trust these workers, so yes, I took photos.
These entitled workers think they deserve $15+ per hour. If it were up to me, $1 per hour is overpaying for the service I got.
I was planning to leave a generous tip and they blew it.
Update- Called the store and asked for the district manager’s number. Sounded like the same employee refused and was rude on the phone. Called another location and they gave it to me. The district manager said they will address it and offered to send me a Subway gift card.
I will NEVER go back to this location. Actually, the manager at the Churchill location welcomed me and my business. Maybe that will be my new go to….

The manger beth there is so ignorant and nasty was kissing her coworker while there was a line of people so unsanitary
Subway subs are good, but never put extra cheese on your sub cause they charge an arm and a leg. I could have gone to the store and BOUGHT ME SOME CHEESE and PUT IT ON MY SUB AND HAD SOME CHEESE FOR LATER UNDERSTAND THINGS GOIN UP BUT 3.50 FOR EXTRA CHEESE IS RIDICULOUS. IF SHE WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THE PRICE I WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN IT . MY EYE ARE BAD SO BELIEVE ME IF I WOULD HAVE SAW THE PRICE WOULDN'T HAVE GOT THE CHEESE . MY DAUGHTER SAID DAMN AND SHE PAID FOR IT.

Nasty workers
Staff here is EXTREMELY lazy. Spent 10 minutes talking with Walmart employee about things they used to do back in high school and when I asked for service I was called rude and told that she would get to me when she was done. Mind that their was no other customers in the establishment and they were not involved in restock or baking. Food was sloppy, service was trash.

I would like to say , that Pam did an excellent job making sure the customer was satisfied, I am on a strict No /Low sodium diet due to health reasons, ordered a sub on Thursday, for lunch on Friday, and Pam went the extra mile for me to make my order . Very clean , very polite…Excellent job Pam … Thank you

Jermey was very polite and patient. had a family of 12 in front of me and he remained calm and got them done in a timely manner !!
We ordered a cold cut combo and a ham and turkey no bready bowl through uber. KUDOS TO YOU GUYS!!!! Everything was perfect! Thank you for chopping up the meats in the bowl without even being asked, the subway we usually go to won't do it even when requested....??? That made my life so much easier thank you thank you!
