Terrible service. I ordered ahead said my order was ready at 4 I didn't get there until 430 order wasn't ready she was making someone else's sandwich. Told me it would be 5 minutes. She had one other person waiting in mobile order. Made his then took someone else that walked in the store. Then she never refunded me. Never going back there.

I ordered a turkey sub Not toasted no cheese with lettuce and pickles onside. My sub came toasted with lettuce cheese and pickles in it. The bread was old and thwy wrapped it like it was a burrito. The taste was horrible never again will I order from them

I go to this location once or twice a week. Always been clean and food is pretty good too. Always friendly staff too, especially Evinn and Lola. Fun talking with them while my sandwich is being made. I always get the chicken bacon ranch with provolone. Highly recommended

Id give negative stars if I could. The foulest display of food service I've seen. After watching them make the sloppiest, half assed, nastiest sandwiches for the people in front of me, I hesitated to even order. Asked for a tuna sandwich and the girl used her hands to scoop the tuna out of the container and started to spread it on the bread. Asked if she was really going to make my sandwich like that and she said ya, but only because it's late and they're closing soon. Walked out immediately. I'll never walk in this place again. Can only imagine what they're doing when no one's looking

The meat and veggies had freezer burn on them (aren't they supposed to be cut daily and fresh?) And the music was blasting. The people who were working that day all seemed out of it too. Like had a hard time forming sentences. The place was clean! But the freezer burned veggies ruined it.

The quality of Subway has definitely went down can't stand the taste of their meat anymore. Staff was super friendly though
I highly recommend going elsewhere. This location has a very unfriendly atmosphere to start. Customer service is quite awful. There were only 3 people in front of me in line when I arrived and I waited a total of 25 mins. The employees insisted on completing the online orders before the actual customers in the store. My sandwich was toasted and sat out open for 6 mins as they moved online customer orders ahead of mine. Very frustrating. The sandwich was cold as expected. Very displeased with my experience here.
