Sweet Melissa's: Delicious & Generous Portions, But Skimpy Dressing

We finally tried Sweet Melissa's and really liked it! The Tuscan Chicken and Bacon & Bleu salads were incredible. The portions are enormous, we got two meals out of each salad and felt completely full both times. They are extremely generous with the salad ingredients and toppings, which was a pleasant surprise.
The only significant downside is the EXTREMELY SMALL serving of dressing. Given the MASSIVE size of the salads, the amount of dressing provided is insufficient; it barely touches the surface. The dressings themselves are delicious, but the portion size is far too small to adequately dress the full salad. I highly recommend providing a significantly larger standard dressing portion (like 2-3 times the current size). We learned we can purchase extra, and we will do so next time, but we hope the standard serving is increased soon.

I grab SM when I am in Boardman and always wished it was in Trumbull county..I tried the Howland location today wonderful food very fresh and quick during lunch hour!!! Also thank you Riley for answering any questions I had!

I’ve been waiting for this location for a long time. Howland is so fortunate to have another local spot that offers a unique, fresh and delicious menu. We will be frequenting Sweet Melissa’s!! Had the JS Wrap and Tuscan salad and it was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing and intricate salad choice's that feed your palate and soul, I would recommend to anyone trying to eat clean and give your temple a nice healthy treat ‼️

I always get the dylans wrap. Best deal in town 7.25$ for a wrap thats amazing and almost the size of a loaded chipotle burrito never disappointed coming here 10/10!

I had the berry salad. It was big enough for lunch and dinner! I loved everything about it. Very fresh. Amazing dressings. The only thing I could suggest is a signature tea so there’s a beverage to match the salads.

Ordered for an offsite catered staff lunch. They were able to accommodate and order for 60 with less than two days notice. The staff were friendly, helpful, and thorough! All the food was securely packaged for easy transport, and labeled with all the ingredients and organized in a way that made serving a breeze. Food was excellent and affordable :)
