We both ordered the Chicken Taco. Just ordered it a few weeks ago. Tasted TERRIBLE! No taste to it, no seasoning, totally bland. It's like they unused water deleted mayo and no cucumber sauce. We added salt and pepper to it and that did even help. Would never order it again and my coworker will not also. First bad experience since she opened and we eat there at least once a week.

This place is a gem! Great healthy choices very clean. I love how Melissa makes all of her own dressing. Everything is fabulous great attitudes And the establishment is always clean. when I picked up my food today I only seen one thing that stood out to me, in the staff members in the back don’t wear gloves when handling food. I do know human behavior and sometimes no matter how clean we want to be with our hands sometimes that isn’t the case and with so many viruses and colds going around. I really like seeing establishments I eat at that is working with my food have gloves on there hands when maintaining or touching any type of food that Hass to go into my mouth. so for me that is the main thing that stands out to me and has me a little bit more cautious. however overall this establishment has four stars Melissa is doing a great job her staff is amazing in the environment is calm and chilled! However the members not having gloves in their hands definitely is a big deal to me and that is a personal observation .

The salads are massive. I just wish there was a better balance between the lettuce and toppings. It's very topping heavy. And not enough salad dressing. Even when you order extra it's not enough. But the salads definitely are not lacking in flavor.
Hate to post negative comments but first time I ordered from here it was all lettuce and no ingredients. Ordered a wrap and a salad this time. My wrap was all soggy and so was my daughter's salad. :(Won't be going back any time soon.
Of course, most people in this Youngstown area know Sweet Melissa’s has two locations, one in Columbiana Where I Work. Another in Boardman. Because of miscommunication on my part, my wife ordered our food in Columbiana and I went to Boardman location. One would expect sweet Melissa to tell me my order was in Columbiana Because and I could go pick it up there when they located it. But this first rate establishment did not do that. They just remade my order so I would not have to drive all the way back to Columbiana.This is first rate customer service unheard of in this day and age. Thank you sweet Melissa’s for being an establishment that others should live up to.FYI, the food was amazing as always!?Keith

Excellent....just excellent. Salads and wraps galore all of which had fresh ingredients and are made to order. I sampled a few of their salads with the first being the Tuscan salad which had chicken, mozzarella, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and their homemade garlic and lemon vinaigrette. I also tried the Cinnamon Harvest which is chopped apples, roasted walnuts, bacon, bleu cheese with a cinnamon sugar vinaigrette over greens. Like I mentioned earlier, every ingredient is so fresh and the house made vinaigrettes are simply delicious. The Cinnamon Harvest salad was like dessert which was a deliciously pleasant surprise. After sampling these salads, I finished it off with a Caprese slider which is topped with turkey, black forest ham, mozzarella and baby Swiss baked on a Hawaiian sweet rolls. Ummmm-yeah! Delicious! Will definitely be going back and highly recommend a visit.
