I went to Taco Bell Monday around 11:45 pm and tried to order a deluxe craving box for the $7, asked politely to switch to the crunch wrap supreme the lady said the deluxe craving box apparently doesn’t come with the crunch wrap supreme, and I said okay fine, I want to remove sour cream, tomatoes, cheddar cheese and nacho cheese, just plain with only beef and lettuce, and the guy that was there working that same shift jumps on the speaker abruptly and says we already took it off, in a very unprofessional manner, just jumps the gun on me, and I informed the shift manager about him! Worst experience ever with this location, if I could put zero stars I would!

The 5th Ave Youngstown location has constant issues with pickup orders where they don’t attempt to monitor who is picking up the order, someone else takes it, and then they force you to place another order instead of just remaking it.
I asked if there is anything else I can do as this is the second time I’ve came during my pickup time and they told me the food was taken. They refuse to change the process at all or take on any of the burden of correcting the issue (ex. Remaking the food).
Will not be ordering pickup from here ever again.

Subpar food quality and rude staff. I accidentally pressed the wrong button when placing a mobile order, and I ended up going to the drive through instead of picking up my order inside the lobby. The employee talking to me on the speaker gave me a hard time and spoke to me like I was stupid (even though it was an honest mistake on my part). The food was made correctly, although I just don’t think it tastes that good overall. It was not a great experience, although it would have been better if the staff was just a little friendlier.

I don’t know what it is that happens inside the place after 2AM that turns them incapable, but it genuinely needs a management overhaul. You can pick up an order within a couple minutes any hour of the day, but if it’s after 2am they go absolutely mental and don’t know what to do. It’s some of the craziest and most incapable management plus basic communication failure i’ve ever seen out of a workplace. You can’t even place 2 orders after 2am. They literally admit they can’t handle it. I don’t know if they ask their midnight interviews if they’re mentally inept before they hire them, but it’s genuinely how they act. Whatever you do, do NOT confuse them when anything that isn’t a 1 taco order after 2am.

My food was hot, however the white bald guy came to the window being rude because he forgot my sauce. And was upset I asked for it. He then began being very angry. All he had to do is charge me for it if he felt so strongly that he gave it to me. But then was so quick to ask me to round up.

The food was made perfect just the was I like it I got a steak and nacho cheese chalupa and a grilled cheese burrito . Delicious!!. My order was made in like 2 minutes no wait at all. The place was real clean and the girls that waited on me were really great . Very professional. And the one even showed me and typed up my order on the kiosk.. definitely recommend..

Shannon, the manager here should work in social service, she deserves better pay & NICER customers, yet she smiles, a genuine bliss filled smile rarely seen in this town! Yeah, it's fast food, but ALL FF workers deal w everyone's crap~ be kind! Fast food can only be so fast w exhausted folks underpaid & understaffed & definitely underappreciated.
