Three years ago, I brushed off an incident where one of your employees spat in my coffee. I let it go. But today, I experienced something that reopened that wound — and I can’t stay silent anymore.
During a recent interaction, I was mocked for my accent. I’ve dealt with this kind of behavior more times than I care to count, but this time it was different. As I greeted a staff member and started my order, she muted her mic — and immediately after, I heard laughter in the background. When I asked if she could hear me, she claimed she couldn’t. I pointed out the laughter I heard, and it was clear what was going on.
I chose to back out of the situation because I would not feel comfortable eating food in a place where I had just been mocked — not only unprofessionally, but racially.
Mocking someone’s accent is not funny — it’s disrespectful, degrading, and rooted in ignorance. Whether subtle or loud, this kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be called out. I deserve to be treated with respect, just like anyone else.
The food was ok but the employees act like they don't care and the managers always side with the employees even if they see them make a mistake.

Staff were great. They greeted you as soon as I walked.i i ordered a cheese grilled burrito (seems small the other place) but still was delicious and served in lighten speed at the time.

This is the second time I’ve had to come thru the drive thru 3 times because they can’t seem to read a receipt !!? It’s really outrageous I pay for this stuff and this is what I have to go thru in order to get my food

We pulled into the drive thru expecting good service and got nothing but attitude. Not only did they take long with the orders but they were wrong and stale/burnt. We came back and they still had attitudes as if we messed up their order or something. Whoever was working the speaker had an attitude and was nasty.

Been trapped in dt line for 10-30 min many X's as a DoorDash driver. Staff scrambles w/ pace as most orders are dt. 1 employee w long (hairnet?)beard is ALWAYS making 90% of an order as most staff no idea where they are. Literally controlled chaos & Market st location, open after dusk inside? DT only? Changes daily not ideal for DD workers 🤔

last time i was here, dining room for this location was closed keep that in mind if you want to eat at this location you might have to use the drive thru
Literally got to the drive through and ordered 2 of the $9 discovery luxe boxes... They legit didn't check if I wanted chicken or steak and assumed I wanted steak... Aside from that they didn't let us know that their ice machine was down...so we had to receive cold drinks...This location is absolutely horrible...They forgot to put the cinnamon twists in the bag...When we get back to the order screen to tell them they forgot to put them in the bag, they tried to charge us for them...I will NOT be back here... Just an overall terrible experience and the employees lack customer service skills...
