Manager at this store is always rude and nasty. Refused to switch out my cinnamon twists for nachos even though every other employee always does and I can do it myself on the kiosk. Avoid this store just so you don't have to deal with her nasty, lazy attitude.

Everytime I go to the one on Belmont the employees are either ignorant or they don’t knw what there doing a the food is always a problem. This is the last time I will ever go there. Whoever own that Taco Bell u really should care about customer service because ur employees are terrible. Y even work if u don’t care! It’s pathetic!

Okay so I go there probably 1-2 times a week on my off days and I’ve had a couple recent issues but last night I went told the worker my order name. Then I asked her if I can switch my cheese sauce for spicy ranch as I usually do and she said I’ll have to ask another worker because she wasn’t on the clock i even asked her to get another worker for me. so why would she take my name but not anything else? So no other worker came to the register until my order was done and I asked and she said” well it’s already done” but I didn’t wanna yell across the store to get a worker over some cheese.

I don't get why corporate doesn't step in. Morning and afternoon it's always good but most of ur business is making more money at evening so shouldn't you get ur best crew? Order was right but simply asked for sauce and I don't keep sauce at home. Asked at the window and of course no napkins ans no sauce. The simplest of requests. And need to mention most night orders are wrong so I try to avoid evening crew

Drive thru and food is ok. Counter service is awful. Drive thru gets priority while counter has excessive waiting times and ignored. Not even a greeting. Further more a customer was having trouble with the kiosk and asked for help and the manager on duty at 5pm on 9/12 politely told the customer they arent allowed to take orders at thr counter anymore? What!? Like you can't even serve your customers inside? 20 years in the restaurant business and that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. I dont know who made that rule but fire them.

I like the old building before the renovation. The food is still good though. The quesadillas to the yummy crunchwraps and their signa (signature) (not to be confused with sigma)Baja blast and the chicken chalupa is chefs kiss. (That means good) The spicy potato taco is pretty good. These nacho fries are NACHO fries (pun intended) soft crunch Doritos locos taco YUM A BIG YUM. yum for yumbrands! The owner of Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC. This Americanized Mexican food is better than the authentic and the real food across the border. TACO BELL I made a fictional restaurant named Taco Gong in honor of Taco Bell. yeah. That’s all.

Every time we make any changes to our food, they can never do it right at all! They literally forgot the beef on my beefy 5 layer burrito. I’m done wasting money here.
