Order 3 hard tacos at 535pm. At 605pm I asked a employee for a refund because at this point I don't even want the taco I could of made tacos at home faster than waiting for them at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Its suppose to be FAST FOOD for a reason. When I asked for a refund and the girl asked everyone where my order was and nobody had a clue where is was because it wasnt on there screen anymore. I told her I only had 3 tacos by there self that's it. Then she kept asking the others to name it and told me we're going to do it right now but at this point I don't want the order anymore after waiting 30+ minutes I no longer even want them nor do I have a appetite anymore and I told her now for a 3rd time I just want a refund I dont want the food anymore. She then asks for my receipt and I tell her I was never given one but I ordered on the kiosk machine and it's under my name. She contued with a attitude like it was my fault there machine didnt give me a receipt!! She proceeds to throw my money in the counter. Like I paid with cash and I didn't get a recupt when I paid or when u placed my order on.the machine. Its crazy they complain about wages wanting paid all this money but can't even do they job. I could understand if the girl was atleast kind about the mistake but instead all I received was rudeness, no empathy and acted like I was in the wrong for a sking tor a refund. I will not come back to this location.

We visited your store on June 1st around 7:30 PM and ordered a Mexican Pizza, Cheese Quesadilla and Fries, clearly requesting a strictly vegetarian option. Unfortunately, it was served with beef, which goes against our dietary restrictions. When we tried to address it, the staff responded rudely and handled it unprofessionally. This experience was very upsetting. We’d appreciate if you could look into it and let us know the next steps.

Everytime I come here there is always something they forget! This time I ordered 2 Large Dragon fruit freezes and 1 regular. They gave me two regulars and one large that would be considered small! They didn't even fill it half way up. Disappointed!

This location has told me four separate times in the past week and a half that they are unable to accept orders. When they are accepting orders, the wait is unreasonably long. What is going on?
This is the absolute worst Taco Bell on the freaking planet. Got two nacho fries there was barely any seasoning on the fries at all and there was only a couple fries in each box they weren't even filled. My kids got cheesy roll ups with onions in them and lettuce and tomato. The pop was disgusting like it hasn't been changed in a while or was the bottom of the barrel. Absolutely disgusting. Of course I should've known better on BELMONT.

The service at this tacobell is atrocious. One order was of two Gordian crunches. The way these were made were really bad. I have never seen Gordita crunches made this bad in my 25 years I have spent ordering from tacobell. Another order included two chalupas, one of which was made right. For the second chalupa, the tacobell staff told me they have that all their deep fryers are bad so they can't make me a chalupa. I was given a hard shell taco instead and no refund. I would like to add that before we had ordered on the kiosk machines, we were told by the staff that they cannot make Burritos for some reason. This tacobell should ne avoided by all customers who actually want their tacobell menu items made the right way.
