Good TB. Person in front of me ordered $53 worth of food and I thought I’d be waiting forever in the drive-through line. However they were quick and I wouldn’t say there was any delay at all. I appreciate that kind of service and of course the food is typical Taco Bell food and it was presented nice and it was tasty. I hope the Caliente sauce is here to stay.

Went to the drive thru and ordered my food with three cars in front and waited 17 minutes in line. The car in front had a mobile order because i heard her say it. When she got up too window there was another 4 minute wait which i do not understand. I thought mobile orders should be quicker. When i got up to window i made a comment about being so slow and the cashier Johnnie got offended and began to mouth off. I advised i was going to talk with someone about the service and some other male came up to window in an aggressive manor is something a matter. Then the whole entire crew started laughing at me and said go ahead and call someone. Well i called corporate and we will see. I looked at a lot of reviews for this store and they have a problem with customer service. By the way when i got home, the mexican pizza shell was burnt. Terrible tasting.

Stood at the counter for 10+ minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. They all stood in a circle talking. There was nobody even at the drive thru. There was 5 employees just huddling in a circle gossiping while I stood here and watched them. Then finally I'm like "hello can someone help me over here ???" Then they all just stood there and and finally someone came over. I stated I had a doordash... then after about 5 more minutes they find the ticket for the doordash order. The ticket was still just sitting in the machine that it came out of. Like there should of been no reason I'm standing here for 15 minutes with not 1 single other customer in the store or drive thru. I don't know what happened to this place but it completely went down hill !!! After roughly 20 minutes I finally have my door dash order.

My buddy who is in a wheelchair got rolled into the street by an angry worker after he complained. We would have stopped him but he just came outside and gave him a swift push when nobody was paying attention. Luckily the street was devoid of cars, but he managed I guess. the wheelchair ramps are such that only the strongest can surpass them. They intentionally angled the ramps at an 80 degree incline, requiring immense physical strength to get up on the ramp, not typical of a taco bell enjoyer. As for the food, my buddy waited an HOUR for a freeze and then when he got it, it sucked anyways.

Been stuck in drive thru for over 25 min now. Not sure if its closed and not telling the people stuck in line or just ridiculously slow!!! Possibly DEI hires. This is just unacceptable! Cant leave unless asking 20 cars to back up or drive thru the lawn. Bullshit! Update: 38 min in line i was forced to drive thru the lawn to leave because line was going nowhere.GOTTA BE CLOSED EARLY! If not, Nobody working there this evening should be payed over $3.00 an hour! Mite as well just close! Unfreakin beleavable these workers still got a job! Just flat out ridiculous!!!!!

I've been in a wheelchair for a week or so now and I decided to go to this taco bell. I'm from out of town so I don't really know anywhere around here. I had a hard time getting up the ramp that was steep as heck and this worker came out and pushed me into the street right into oncoming traffic. It took me 2 hours to actually get into the taco bell. And when I got inside all i wanted was a frost which I waited an hour for. To compensate, they gave me burnt burritos. 1 star do not recommend.

Terrible experience destroyed my order had me waiting in their lobby for over a 40 minutes And when you call her 24 hour corporate number it says that they’re closed and the manager also got off between 8 and 9 PM so she watched them struggle instead of being a manager and helping her team sad.!
