I visited the Youngstown Poland Road store went to place an order they tried to force me to use a kiosk which I have no clue how to use I asked what's wrong with the register they said we're not allowed to use that but you just used it for the cop that just paid for his food so I will no longer be eating at any Taco Bell's ever again cuz you can't force somebody to use something it's my right to use a cash register if I wanted to

Absolutely unbelievable!Went and spent $30 on dinner tonight get home and all I paid or was tortillas. There was barely anything in our tacos burritos and our crunch wraps didn't have shit in them. Pretty sure they are supposed to have meat and I didn't ask for the hair. Worst service possible

I ordered cheesy roll ups with Pico de gallo added. Worker pops out and asked if I wanted meat on it too? He knows. This is a good taco bell!!!

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order that didnt even have that many things in it (literally 6 items). The girl at the drive thru handed us our drinks and then closed the window and said nothing to us for another 10+ minutes.

A standard Taco Bell. Not overly friendly, but the service is usually quick
Very tiny portions and sodas are not even filled up. Got one that was 1.5 inches low. Half the normal fillings in about 50% of our items over 3 trips. Was trying to give it a chance. What little amount of food there was did taste good, though.
