I use to go out of my way to come to this taco bell because it was the best around. Now they replaced the drive thru with AI, every single time i’ve been since they have gotten my order wrong. Won’t be returning until they get rid of the AI ordering system.

This place takes the fast out of fast food... 30 minutes for 2 tacos and 2 burritos.. in a line of only 2 people.

They removed the Long Johns, one of the only reason to visit here. Ordering inside is done via kiosk, no one to provide assistance if you want something not on the provided menu. There were only 4 people waiting in line after ordering and our wait time was >20 minutes. Half of the food was room temperature when we received it. It was quite obvious to see the staff put a strict priority on the drive through as at least a dozen orders were given out of the window during our wait. This used to be one of the best taco bells around the area, boy did it ever fall. I wasn't even given my cups for the drinks when given my order and had to wait nearly 3 minutes for someone to come over to the counter to give them to me. Then I was asked to see my order receipt from the person who handed me my food and ran back to the back before I could stop them about my cups...
I get the drive through can be busy, but you need to focus on both things. From the looks of it, they were understaffed for the time which is very common in the fast food industry. Management making poor decisions as usual, and the kiosk ordering system was a 1/5 making the visit that much worse. I'll probably never return to that taco bell as there are many others in the local area that I've never had these issues with.

There is no long johns at this location, need to change that on the map. But it's taco bell, they have taco bell food.
I won't comeback until you get rid of the facial reader camera and AI garbage. I'm not okay with being catalogued tracked like some endangered animal.

I feel bad for the workers here. They were doing their best but there was no AC and they were understaffed. The restaurant/bathrooms are very dirty and unkempt. Floor throughout was greesy. Workers call OSHA and report your management. You should not be working in these conditions.

Would get more stars they all but removed the people from handing you your food, but hey they want to go fully automated in the drive thru and have robotic prompts for ordering.

It's crazy to think I sat in line for over 10 mins, for my order to be wrong. When clearly on the ticket says 2 times no lettuce on my cheesy gordita crunch and they still got it wrong. All they had to do was read the ticket.
Did not receive as ordered, no one cared either. Good job, TB!

I recently visited Taco Bell, and I must say, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I had high hopes for a quick and tasty meal, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations.
To start, the food lacked flavor and freshness. The items I ordered were bland and seemed like they had been sitting out for too long. The ingredients didn't taste quality, and it felt like I was eating fast food just for the sake of it, rather than enjoying a satisfying meal.
The service was also lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and not particularly friendly. I felt rushed while ordering, and my food took longer to arrive than expected, which was frustrating.
Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was disappointing. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my choice. I hope to find better options in the future, as this visit did not live up to the hype.

After driving all day I was excited to see a Long John’s. I went in and used the restroom and was appalled at the filth! The urinal was out of order and the stool area was so filthy that I could hardly use it as a urinal. I went to the counter to see if the cook’s area was clean and after checking and seeing how dirty it looked we left.

Tried to bypass the drive thru and ordered on the app a half hour prior to pick up. We get to the drive thru, they tell us it’s ready so we go in to pick up our food and our order wasn’t even started on. We wait another 20 mins. The girl with the heart tattoo by her eye has the worst attitude and is so rude and the people preparing the food are extremely rude and unprofessional. Never coming back here again. TB learn to hire better people to work for you.
