Best Taco Bell in the area. Their service is incredible. I have yet to meet a single bad employee during the years I've spent coming here.
The food is always great even when you order close to closing. Employees are attentive and friendly even when busy. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I go to this taco bell often for lunch and this has to be the best taco bell in the area. Every time i go here they stuff my burritos/tacos, always give me a box when i order a box instead of throwing it all in a bag, and they are always super fast and the food is always hot. This taco bell is ran a lot better than the canfield one or the boardman one by Giant Eagle.

I drive up to this one even though its further from my house because I always usually get better food than the one closer to me but lately its been bad. The nachos taste like they were cooked in old oil. Not crunchy at all either. My tacos were cold today and our drinks were flat and not cold. No more taco bell anymore I guess since this was the only one that use to be good.

All I ordered was a taco pizza and it tasted like old grease. We called to let them know that something is bad and they really didn’t care. The said they would make another one for me. Why would I want another one that is going to be as bad as the first. There is definitely no quality control in place.

The unsweetened tea tasted like week lemonade, when I told the server at the drive thru, she said it comes in alone from the back. I asked for a manager and she closed the drive thru window and walked away

Just came through there and spent over $30 on food I can see why you're in court now with Burger King being sued for false advertising because the crunchwraps supreme are pretty much just got does not look nothing absolutely nothing like what is on your screen outside your business and what is on your app menu the young black girl at the window is unfriendly on unpersonable you can tell she didn't care to be there I believe it's going to take these lawsuits before you guys wake up and start giving the customer what you advertise and what they pay for I hope you lose in court.

You know how the survey asks if your taco is visibly full? It's not. And this was a taco supreme. Inside dining at this location takes a backseat to drive-thru orders. I see many cars come after I place my order and leave before I get my food. Music is always loud in the lobby.

Came through when it was not too busy and it took half an our to pick up my mobile order of food. They are genuinely so slow here and waste so much time. Would not recommend making a “quick stop” unless you want to sit in your car and burn gas for 30 minutes for a mobile order pickup

Picture it. I happened to stumble across this Taco bell, while I was lost. It's around 11:30 at night (08/30/2024) my phones dead, I just left the hospital (in youngstown!) and wanted to go home. I get lost and go 30 minutes the wrong way from my home and luckily came across the nicest crew possible at this taco bell! I was sobbing hysterically because I was lost and tired. The manager immediately offered me kindness, letting me use their store phone and giving me a charger. She made sure I was comfortable until I could wait for my family to come help me home. She let me sit in the lobby until they got there. She checked on me quite a few times! My mom came to my rescue and she orders tacos to go since we are there and deserved a treat after that stress. We get home and the tacos are the BEST taco bell tacos I've EVER had! Nothing stuck to the paper, good portions on the shells, on top of the extreme kindness and generosity they showed a complete stranger in the middle of the night. If I want taco bell again, I will absolutely drive 40 minutes and past the other 10 taco bells on my way to this one. You guys seriously rock! Thank you so much!
